1. Please continue!! Maybe the techniques lean a bit towards speed-running but any early game content helps new players. 2. Putting cows in pits is already on the fix/nerf list. 3. Campfires and animals. You can get 1.5 - 2 shanks for cooking but 1 shank for setting an animal on fire early game is strong (and multiple animals!). Personally wouldn't use it because it is a tiny bit gamey but not gonna knock anyone for pulling out every advantage. Early game is no joke. 4. SO. MANY. CLAY. BRICKS! 5-(1). Please continue. So many good insights for a video that stopped day 2!
If you want to build a mob trap, build 1x1 hole (5x5 for spiders/even more mobs) that's 2 block deep. Place a slab under the 2 block deep hole, anything and that's it. Great for mid game for easy drops. The mobs think that the slab is a full block and not a slab so they think the 1.5 block hole is 1 block tall
7*2=17 quick mafts great video, part two would be nice, maybe show off some strats for fighting mobs like blocking creepers and using trees to kill spiders etc
Campfire fuel times are weird, but in general Flowers give 1 fuel, sawdust gives 2 and sticks give 4. For some reason though, when you first light a campfire it will take 17 flowers or 7 sawdust. If you wait around a minute, it will only take 6 sawdust or 16 flowers
I'd love to see how to kill skellies safely. I can manage against just about everyone else but skeletons love to hide under trees near my base in the morning and I'd like to be able to more reliably get bone clubs and fish hooks early on.
This is really helpful! I've been going for cave bases most of the time but I think I'll give the hill base a try. The cow pit always feels cheap but it's just so convenient not to pass up the early sinew.
@-Cinderace- try to avoid mobs at all costs. When in a cave against a skeleton hide in a corner and make it come to you. If you do it right it will waste a shot on the wall and you can kill it easily
@@Cahdd i have a seed with a village...and so littarly free stone and a house...wich is the church up high no monster gets to me..theres a desert temple near by and so i get a lot of bone clubs and a lot of meat day one..and 2 weeker baskets because of a desert well....its a seed thats amazing bro...only thing missing is a big body of water near by....they are all far.
