Ok people here it is, the AskTodd Blueberry jam recipe that I have devised in the processing of over 127 Kg of blueberries.
And here it is:
2 Kg Berries
2 1/2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar (don't knock it till you try it)
3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
2 1/2 C Sugar
