I know this is for a video but you're supposed to use old leftover bread for this, not high end fresh artisanal bread haha

Actually; the bred they used in video is old ( from store) what you not supposed to use is bread made same day . I use brioche vanilla flavor one day I made bread pudding and it was delicious.
