the Best Breakfast with 3 eggs! ! Easy and delicious Omelet for family!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1/4 each of red and green bell peppers
- 2 grated tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- Fresh parsley
Spices:
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika, coriander, cumin, hot pepper
Recipe:
1. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with oil for about 1 minute.
2. Dice the bell peppers and sauté in the pan for about 30 seconds.
3. Finely chop the garlic clove and sauté in the pan for about 15 seconds.
4. Add the grated tomatoes and mix well.
5. Add the spices and mix well.
6. Cover the pan and wait for the tomato juice to simmer down gently.
7. Add 3 eggs to the pan and season with a bit of salt and black pepper.
8. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until your dish is ready.
9. In the final step, add some chopped parsley on top of your dish
