INGREDIENTS:
2 Deep Dish Pie Crust, Store-bought
½ cup unsalted butter or 8 tbsp, cut into cubes
2 lbs sweet potatoes, 3-4 potatoes depending on size
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
½ evaporated milk
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
tiny pinch of clove or all-spice, I used clove for this particular video but have used all-spice in the past
2 tbsp orange juice or pineapple juice, I used orange juice for this video
zest of one orange, I did not have this for this particular video but have used it in the past
1 ½ tbsp All-purpose flour
