Great video! Also, don’t sleep on the off brand products y’all! Most are identical to name brand and just as good. Especially the up and up lotion for 1.99! Fragrance free eczema friendly too :) used it in college!
Exactly. I love seeing compared to X brand sometimes because if it's just as good quality I could be saving and putting the difference towards another hygenie product.
Target generics are pretty good . I use many things. the up & up version of Listerine purple mouthwash, razors, shave cream etc. the suave sweet pea body wash is good also. The green Vaseline lotion I think it’s cucumber is good too. jergens is decent also. I always use bar soap and then a body wash over that and a body scrub. My best bet is always to shop around and get different things different places. you can get body scrubber gloves, brand name flossers, toothpaste, and pretty decent size travel stuff and even bar soap at dollar tree. Also If you like tree hut body scrubs Walmart has the generic version of them for about a dollar less and they’re pretty decent and they smell amazing and only problem is that they only have two scents.
@@cynthiapentonyoung736 Yet. I’m not a huge fan of Walmart, but it’s like Amazon we always end up buying 😂 I’m from me it’s around the corner as opposed to target. Both have the same generics it just depends on what you’re looking for but when it comes to personal care I think both have pretty decent generics compared to the brand names and for how much cheaper. Up and up and equate have generic dove body wash and head and shoulders shampoo which is a regular in my household. We haven’t bought brand name of those in years. otc generic medicine also is another $$ saver

Target has so many good choices when it comes to hygiene and body care. I recently bought the Beloved Coconut & Warm Vanilla mist and I love it so much. As always great video! I’m both a Wal-Mart & Target shopper! Nowadays everyone is on some sort of budget. I enjoy watching these cost friendly videos to give me ideas on my next shopping trip! Currently, I really don’t need anything. But I’m always in the market for a good lip gloss or fragrance(my weakness)
I agree we nearly need $30 to $40 I was in our grocery and all the $4 to $5 washes from Dove, Olay. Nivea ect.... was all $9.99 and up. I saw the new tree hut scrubs on one of the self care instagram-ers channels I plan to get some this Thursday and a couple clocks ⏰.

Another tip is, if you can't or don't want to spend money on a exfoliation scrub, then go for a scrubbing gloves! It covers the exfoliation process and you can just use your body wash with it

Great affordable hygiene shopping haul. Target has more products than Walmart although Walmart is more affordable. That Vaseline lotions are good, tree hut is getter higher, and suave body washes are really good for fragrances to match with BBWS.
Ash I appreciate the budget hauls, they are very helpful. I noticed that people with sensitive skin like myself~things are very hard to find when you have to get fragrance free items. While shopping and looking around for sensitive skin products I noticed that sensitive and fragrance free are two completely different things. If it says fragrance free there is no scent sensitive scents has a light fragrance. For me it is hard to find fragrance free things that is inexpensive. Everything is about the scent unfortunately for me I can't use heavily scented items. I try to pick fragrance free if I can find them within the budget. God bless you 🙏😎

They're so inexpensive & I've been using them for years. I love the Colgate Cavity Protection toothpaste. When my husband & I shop on Amazon and we need something to bump the price up we'll stick a 6 pack of the toothpaste in the cart.

My guess that target is about to get a mini Ulta. Mine was a hot mess with them renovating the entire store and moving departments for a while right before.
Since 2020 when I discovered my love of Target, I cannot stop shopping there. I live in a small town that's across the bridge from Memphis, TN which is where Target is. I often go across the bridge JUST to shop there because we don't have a Target in my hometown. The last trip I made there, I spent over $50.00! I don't usually have a budget when going there and just wing it because I need what I need.
Love target trips! It's not "budget" per se, but the La Roche Posay items have a ton of product in their bottles. I enjoy their purifying cleanser and acne cleanser.

You can mix a little bit of vaseline petroleum jelly with your lotion as you're applying to up the hydration and the glow. Not an oil, but it's something. Since you'd be using such a small amount you could get a small container of it.

I don’t understand why off brand items are a no for a budget! They usually have essentially the same ingredients, I understand branding is cute but I wish we could end the stigma around off brand products!

At the end of the day most of the stuff at target are drugstore products, so it is relatively cheap compared to buying body care from sephora, macys, Nordstrom, etc..I tried the off brand target shower gel and the scents are super plain when I wash with them.

im watching your videos from russia and i wish we had like a 1/10 of THIS VARIETY OF PRODUCTS. the normal price for good bodywash is 200 rubles (4 dollars minimum), less than 200 rubles are usually pretty watery. if i had wanted to make a similar video in my country i would have made a limit of 1000 rubles (150$) for example i bought a Vaseline lotion for 400 rubles (5-6$), i guess it makes a limit higher than 1000 oops 😳
Prices has definitely been going up and its annoying!! I like these challenges hygiene videos!! You should definitely do another one but at your local dollar general store!
