9:28 how much time did he actually lose? roughly 20 seconds, the algorithm that selects the opponents may not have had a suitable candidate for the big hiki during the interval between games, therefore it had to wait for more players to finish their games so that the pool of available opponents was more suitable for the hikaru's bullet rating bearing in mind that he just played with a 2000 rated player
