Mix the following well: 1/2 cup warm water 1/2 cup warm milk 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp yeast 1 egg 4 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp salt Gradually mix in 3.5 cups flour (dough will end up sticky). Transfer dough to clean work surface, then add 1 tsp oil to dough. Knead dough until soft & stretchy Put dough in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap & let rise for 40 mins. Punch down the dough, then fold/roll it into a log shape. Slice log into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Put balls on parchment paper on baking sheet, pressing them down lightly to make them into a bun shape. Cover with cloth and let rise 40 mins. Brush tops with 2 tbsp milk + 1/2 tsp sugar, then sprinkle tops with sesame seeds. Bake them for 15 mins in 190C (375F) preheated oven. Brush tops with butter. Cover with cloth for 15 mins. All done! 🥪
Thank you for the recipe. Made these a couple of nights ago. I'm really picky about bread. They were absolutely delicious. They came out perfect. My husband and I absolutely loved them for dinner that night, Barbecued pulled pork sandwiches 😋 And they have been great for sandwiches the last two days. Thank you again. This is one that I'm keeping🌹
I used your exact measurements for the liquid, but it is a good thing I followed your instructions and added the flour a little at a time, because your measurements for the liquid is to little to accommodate your 3.5 flour measurements. I only ended up using a little less than 3 cups of flour instead. Other than that, your recipe works and the rolls were a success. That you very much!
Me and my family are thankful for sharing this great recipe with us. I made it today and they turned amazing, fluffy from inside with a beautiful dark outside, the 8 pieces were perfect for half kilo minced meat.. best hamburger we've ever eat, thank you soooo much. greetings
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS EASY PEASY RECIPE ... For ME ... I changed the measurements to: 1 TB yeast, 3-1/4 Cups Bread Flour and cooked for 20 minutes. The first batch where I followed YOUR ingredients came out too heavy and it took longer to rise. I don't brush my bun tops with butter because when it is time to reheat them; the butter makes them mushy. I made 20 buns and freezed them. 👍
@The Flying Spaghetti Monster 😂 I’m so chilled. I just don’t see how something like this is important or even warrants a comment. Some people say things differently. It’s just silly. Anyway, I love your name ✌🏼
@@grazeombe9134 Yes I have Graze, three times to be exact, and each time it was a win 😊 I took pictures too, and wish I could share them on this platform.
These turned out wonderful! Only thing i wish i did differently was when rolling the dough before cutting i wish id had pinched the dough together more firmly than i had.
I tried more recipes about burger buns. But finali make stone buns. But i tried your burger bun recipe its work. I could make very soft and tasty buns. 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔. Thankyou very much for your recipe. 🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰
Thank you for sharing your burger buns ma'am sobrang lambot Po talaga Tina try ko perfect Po talaga. Maraming salamat po talaga Ng marami. Godbless you and more videos to shared.
Tried with the exact measurements, but it failed. Went to the comment section, it was a big success!! I used double zero flour, and end up only using around 2,5 cups of it. Thank you!!
This same recipe should work well for hot dog buns too (minus the milk & sesame seeds toward the end). Just shape the 8 slices of dough into longer buns, bake, & slice them how you like them, either on the top or the sides.
@@ms_calipark2641Hi! You shouldnt use different cups, so the proportions remain correct. When you use a bigger cup for water and a smaller for flour, the dough will be to sticky and watery for example.
Wow wonderful 👍👍👍👍 l really like this video. Thank you for sharing. Your work very well and you are very talented 🙏🙏🙏 May God bless you and all time happy your life 😊😊🙏🙏🧬
Made this twice... came out perfect. Best bread I ever made so for, not coming from me but husband. Making it again today but would like to know if can throw same dough in a bread pan.
I'm making these now. The first batch I followed your recipe and it was SUPER dry. Threw it out and tried it again just adding flour 1/2 cup at a time. It ended up being 2.5 cups of AP flour for me :)
Just try to make it and had the same issue and went looking threw the comments to see if anyone else had the same issue. Ended up with roughly the same amount measurements as yours.
I saw this the other day and they turned out awesome!!! Only thing , they fluffed so high, I had to trim them down some, lololol. But I WILL definitely keep this as my go to. Thanks again!!
@@grazeombe9134 yes, all purpose flour, you can use bread flour but it will need more water, just adjust the quantity of the water until you reach the consistency shown on the video :)
