Just made these for my family for dinner tonight- a hit! My husband and son loved these burgers! I can’t wait to make them for the rest of our family at our gathering. Thanks for the clip. Sometimes I take it for granted that not everyone cooks. I cook!! Sometimes I like to take two and seal cheese inside. Blue, feta, smoked applewood what ever you got. I like smashed burgers for breakfast as well. Just lay a sunny side up on top, hold the bun. P.S. It seems like I'm smashing everything these days. A nice pork tenderloin, cut 1/2" steaks and pound them out with whatever spice super thin. As fast as they cook I'm cleaning my plate. I just eat them right at the counter. P.P.S I'm sure you have done it but I need to learn how to make dolmades. Thanks again. 🇨🇦

haha! I don't think I have it in me anymore to do catering. We ran a restaurant/bakery where everything was made from scratch for 10 years...Catered so many large events that even the thought makes me tired...lol!! These are so easy to make :)
You say the BEST burger recipe. But I don't see anything unique at all here. This is just a basic double cheeseburger with lettuce, onions pickles and a slight variation on Russian dressing. You really are over promising and under-delivering on this one I'm afraid.
