Rare to med rare on a steak is fine but I need my burger cooked through. Toasted brioche bun, American Cheese, thiccc raw white onion, pickles, mustard. That's it. The simpler the better.
I named a burger the Action Bronson ... Its just Olive oil on a bun served open ... It comes paired with the, "Clovis" which is just a half smoked cigarette and a bottle of wine

It's always a real treat to watch Action cooking. But I was disappointed that not one vegan burger was presented. There are so many delicious, out-of-this-world vegan burgers out there nowadays and the fact that not one was featured in this segment is bordering on criminal.
1- I think a fast press of onion on the bun at 600 degrees might be interesting. I got the idea from the toasted bun. 2- I ate bk when they had the boca burger - the burger looked similar to the lamb. I think a mixed, cooked a little and flash freezed in a dense patty. I would take it home and slather a ton of fake mayo since the burger was not juicy from meat fat. I would always get at least 2. Without a mayo and counter top in the bag and also wrapped i would microwave next morning then slather mayo that was more important hours later.
