Hey guys, this is my experience with an American Buttercream frosting recipe for the first time.
It is easier to make stiffer frosting with dairy free products but Buttercream frosting is a game changer when it comes to richness in taste, pops up the edible colour beautifully, freezes quickly which in turn, is easier to work with and of course tastes divine.
So, here is my easy to go American Buttercream frosting recipe:
* 250gm butter ( room temperature)
* 2 cups of Powdered sugar (sifted)
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* A pinch of salt
* 2-3 tsp of milk (according to the consistency)
Pro tip: Working with room temperature butter and sugar being sifted is very important.
