$45 is criminal as far as a no-name baker! Even Martha Stewart wouldn’t charge that much! Know your limitations and be willing to “pay your dues!” Business Management 101!
It's a pain so I never use it. I stick with American buttercream and I've NEVER had a complaint from ANY customer. It's not too sweet and just the right texture.
There's a lady who experiments with baking science. She literally goes through the different kinds of buttercream, how to make them and how stable they are. Rather that.
It’s the pretending to taste the buttercream at the end of the video for me. You want people to pay $45 for a recipe you didn’t even taste in the video. That is absolutely hilarious.
Gatekeeping either Swiss meringue buttercream or something similar to it for 45$ is a new lvl of sadness… ._. It’s buttercream not your soul you’re selling away… plus it’s a recipe so many others show for free elsewhere on YT. And yes, I got them 😅😅
He is a celebrity baker that’s why the course is costly. I bought his cake for my daughter’s birthday and it’s the best I’ve ever had in my 36 years of eating cakes.
@TheJuniorkiwi1 I'm also a baker, clearly you know nothing abt the multiple ways to make buttercreams. Bakers have made cakes for way more than $1k with this type of frosting..do your research ...bro
No patent. Just a young person who has a fair amount of followers and an ego that far exceeds his actual skill level. Case in point - notice he doesn’t create buttercream flowers…. Yes, they’re labor intensive and quite difficult; however, if you produce a multi-tier cake (assumably for a wedding) and simply slap on edible flowers, you’re essentially proving you’re not a true professional. It takes YEARS and YEARS, and many certifications, to get to the level of the Buddy Velastro’s and Duff Goldman’s of the world. There simply are no shortcuts to success. Listen to Elan Musk sometime… you MUST, MUST, MUST put forth the real effort. Then and only then do the fruits begin to bloom.
Enjoying your content my friend..you have a great energy about you and you make some impressive cakes..so buttercream that good would be the end of me.. I would eat the whole bowl before even comes near a cake LOL... Keep doing what you do..oh a cute logo btw..
You need to do some research. Most every if not all famous bakers SHARE all their recipes. Charging for a buttercream frosting recipe and 45.00 at that is business SUICIDE!!!! You might want to rethink that.
I have a shaved head and wish I had hair so I could pull it out when people say you can find something in their bio or website and I can’t find their darn website or bio 😡😡
@@duhaothman9279not tryna mess up his money but I think this is the same recipe as Sugar Geek Show’s “easy buttercream frosting” if you want to try it. It’s actually pretty good
I really hope someone is actually paying $45 for a vanilla buttercream recipe, but I'm not gonna be that someone. There's a ton of recipes for silky smooth buttercream online. But if someone is stupid enough to pay that amount, then I'm not mad that people are selling overpriced stuff everywhere. It's business
45$ for WHAT? just for a recipe? GUYS DONT PAY FOR IT INSTEAD JUST MAKE REGULAR BUTTERCREAM THAT U CAN FIND IN RU-vid FOR FREE. THIS IS INSANE NEVER THOUGHT SOMEONE WOULD MAKE IT 45$ CRAZY!
I would highly recommend you rethink this whole crazy $ thing. Please no personal offense but if you are interested in building a career out of this it makes sense to give it away for a while, solicit feedback, then roll it out slowly. There really are no shortcuts.
