Remove Before Race how did Mercerdes allow you to change those elements? I wanted to change my Facelift C43 Cabriolet to have the Panamericana Grill. They did not want anything to do with it. I guess because it’s C43 vs C63
8:35 I think you should keep the lights as is honestly, you have the double beams leds and the new ones only get one xD, idk i think the headlights you have are the prettiest to the eye.
The new one gets multibeam with cool blue laser strips, also when you turn a signal its full led instead of small square lights and the transition is awesome.
Bro, this is an insane mod! Nice work! 😎 Not going to lie, I am going to miss the insane older V8 sound when future AMGs come along. Sound-wise, I am not too excited for the new C63 S, but for everything else about it...I am excited.
Exotic cars and sports cars are a minority, they don’t change a thing about the pollution, they can make the Toyota Corollas more fuel efficient, nobody cares, but not the cars that are drivers cars. Now they have to stop making V12, V10, and V8s, they have to twin turbo everything, and even in a few years they want every car to be electric, it’s crap, it’s sounds fake, there’s no fun, leave people alone, let them make their own choices, if they want a V8 Mercedes that makes noise and is not fuel efficient, let them be
I'm a car enthusiast but we have to be realistic here. Can't avoid the future, plus electric cars will be even quicker that a V8, V10 or V12 ever was. Back when cars were first mass produced people hated them, people are always afraid of evolution and the future. In the end we got used to the internal combustion engine and in time we will get used to electric cars.
@@VictorDeveze there is no fucking way you can drive with 700 ps in the City or even a country road. But a V8 has a special flair which you have even at 10 km/h

I’m a bonafide petrol-head and with the electric revolution went through the phase of denial, then reluctant acceptance, acceptance, and finally anticipation and even excitement. But the type of driving experience those that are trying to hold on to is going anyway, irrespective of petrol or electric. With fully integrated smart road networks, speeding (amongst other misdemeanours) will result in instant fines etc and every journey and movement will be recorded with telemetry too. We will have bigger things to worry about than the type of power plant in our cars unfortunately.

This week bought a pre facelift C63s wagon in cavansite blue. I cancelled a purchase on a 4.4ltr Range Rover Sport and went with the AMG after seeing your chat with Chris Harris and realising these cars are last of a dying breed. Im getting the car next week. Cant wait.
Because up to 50km/h and/or above certain RPM the factory valves only open up about 70% because of noise regulations in Germany. Ordered the Renntech EVM coming by Friday, shop is doing a facelift, CF mirrors, CF Diffuser, ECU, TCU, FTA, Cold Air Intake, downpipe, CSF Intercooler, heat exchangers all in one take, parts are on the way. Driven for a year but now it’s time for upgrades.😏
There's one thing to an AMG exhaust tune that makes it possible to hear it from miles away .And sometimes you can tell its evens a AMG with out having to see the car itself as it approaches you because AMG has a unique tune 🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌
Why you need the Renn tech module? The C63s has an exhaust control botton right in centre console anyways? And yes it opens the exhausts valves all the way, at least in the pre face lift.
The exhaust control button doesn’t open the valves all the way when at low speeds. Try it yourself, have the flaps open and brake hard when stationary the exhaust note changes. If you enable the module there’s no change in exhaust note, it’s all always loud. Speaking from my personal experience in my pre-FL :)
I like this grill so much more than the new one. I mean it looks good on the GT series, but I think on “regular” AMGs like the C, E, etc.. this one looks better.
Thank you man great video!, I got C63s cabriolet 2017 pre-facelift, I'm going to change the front as you did you have definitely convinced me, and definitely I'm going to buy the Renntec Module. I thought was insane to spend over 8.000$ for a race exhaust, this "small-big" modification instead it keeps the sound near to the original one, with some more rumble and low frequencies, giving you the real GTR experience!
@@firewaffle1 "One of the best sounding cars today." is a better way to put it. Even then Lamborghini V10 and V12 just sound better. Same with Ferrari. No turbos to muffle the sound. Maybe if the DBS Sl had full titanium pipes. I like this AMG 4.0 but I think the coyote V8 sounds better.

Wow! Without changing anything like exhaust or downpipes to have such a sound is brutal. Unfortunately i have a m4 with m Performance exhaust and there is nothing like that for my car
So you spent all that cash on wrapping the black series just a few months ago, but now you are spraying it as well, in a peelable paint? It’s your money, but what was the issue with the wrap?
Just need the h pipe valve welded open for the full roar cos the module doesn’t affect that flap, only the rear flaps. I did it with a secondary cat delete and oh my, she is so much louder

I have the ASR module for my C63S estate. (It’s the same module but without the Renn tech price tag) and it makes a huge difference below 3000rpm. Comfort/valves open cruising, it sounds glorious. I never keep cars for more than 18 months, but I’ve had the C63 a while now and I’ve just extended the warranty for 3 more years. I honestly don’t see anything replacing this car soon. Certainly not the new one.

I sold my c63s fully loaded from most popular store in LA like I picked it over Rolls-Royce, Huracan, then sold c63s for r8 n I missed the 2018 tech:((
I've just ordered mine, for my 2017 C63. I've had a look at where it would go, and there's only to connectors wrapped in the grey foam, where on this video it shows 3? Is that right, is it as straightforward to install as its made out to be?

@@joelberdat4515 An hour!!! Wtf.....Well I've looked and there's only 2 cables that fit the description with the grey foam that ate coming from the rear section by the box. There's nothing else there.....surely its a case of plug into those....isn't it? I'm starting to panic now!!! 🤣
I’m replacing my M2 with a 2016 C63s in 2 weeks - i’m a bit torn, because i love the M2 so much, but i’ve always dreamed of a full blown AMG, so hoping it’ll win over my heart - FAST! XD
A lot! The module opens the valve to 100% all the time! In every mode. The exhaust button doesn’t open the valve completely. The car regulates the valve and open it just at a special rpm range. (And that not fully open)
King A. T. Cool - probably won’t buy it for my pre-facelift C63S since I’ve never found it too quiet or not poppy enough but I guess for the facelift with OPFs it’s a must have.
CapnT I got it for both! The white one is mine. I also use it with the pre fl. The change is brutal nd you can drive chilled in comfort mode and it sounds like a V8 and not an electric car 😂
King A. T. Haha I’ve never actually driven mine with the exhaust in quiet mode. It’s just reflex to flip it into Individual when I push the start button to accessory mode with everything on except suspension in Sport and then start the car nice and loud. Great mod for the facelift if you don’t want to cut the OPFs out. I’ve got my SVR for reallllly annoying the neighbours 😅
Mind to post a video of it? I am hesitant to modify mine as it is loud already (get someone to drive off while you watch, totally different to when you are inside)
I know it’s a minor detail, but I really like that charging cable in your Edition1. I have yellow stitching in my C63 and I want that cable to match!! Can you tell me where you got it?
