@AutomotiveAnonymous208 I had fully loaded 2020 CT6 Premium Luxury Edition that was brand new when I bought it in January 2020. Unfortunately, it was stolen early Sunday morning. It only had 28,000 miles, and I only had 3 payments left on my lease. It hasn't been located since they disabled OnStar. I'm pissed!! Now I'm having to look at the smaller CT5 since I'm don't want to pay a lot for an Escalade that has room for my 6'5" height.
..in America. They've been producing & selling very well in China all along. Now I fear the all new 2025 XT3 won't make it to the States. Why, I cannot guess? Competition within the Brand? That's nonsense. GM sells them under every other division over here. Why does Caddy get the opposition end of the stick again?
I have a 2023 CT5-V with Platinum trim and RWD and I love it. 0-60 is easy to dust off in under 5 seconds (my best so far was 4.5s). These are great cars.
I recently bought mine after waiting 10 months from Order to Delivery. I considered the KIA Stinger GT as my alternative choice until I found my Dealership was asking $10,000 USD over Sticker! Afterwards the CT5-V was a no brainer. My car is Rift Metallic (Ceramic White) & loaded with absolutely no regrets.
Stinger GTs are sweet, I drove one when they first came out. No way is it worth mark up though. Good decision on waiting for your V, these are incredible cars! 😎
Here in california, the sacramento area, the ct5-Vs are about $10k+ over msrp, about $15k right now. So it is the opposite here. Blakwing is even worse, out the door, after all the dealer bs, they are about $30k over msrp, going for about $129k. It's absolutely crazy and disgusting what the dealerships are doing right now cause it's not just cadillac, its almost all the dealers.
You really need to see this car in person. It is absolutely gorgeous. Expect a refresh for the 2025 model year with a new infotainment screen. Also, good luck finding one for under $65K and there are not many on dealership lots. The V6 kicks ass and the torque will throw you back in your seat. The lease on my current vehicle is up in 2 years. Absolutely hoping for a 2025 model.
Thanks, that means so much! 😊 I’m really having a lot of fun getting to do this and showing others my experience with all these cool cars. It’s also exciting to slowly learn better editing techniques and trying to make the reviews better while showing what I would personally want to see in a video. I LOVE my chosen profession of physical therapy, but I probably wouldn’t have started this channel as a hobby/escape if the field hadn’t changed and it hadn’t become very stressful for many reasons these past few years. It’s unreal to watch people’s positive responses and the channel grow how it has in less than a years time. I’m very exciting to keep finding new ways to balance my career with my biggest hobby! Thanks for regularly watching and being a uplifting voice! 🙂
Loooooooovvvvvvvvvvveeeee the car you’re okay the color looked like blue then black . 2025 is what I am waiting for. Thank you for the walk through I am more convinced this will be my retirement car
Cadillac must enjoy the success of this car! The new 2024 BMW 5M means business! Hybrid twin turbo V8! An 830 hp STORMTOPPER! GM won't go all out and add the additional hybrid power. The Twin Turbo C8 Z06, can't get here fast enuff!
Love this car. Wish they would have put the new infotainment that they put in their suvs. That would make a huge difference and would get me to buy this car.
My dad use to buy my mom a new Cadillac every 2-3 years. The older one would become her 2nd car in case the newer one was being serviced. The 1974 was a Sedan De’Ville with a 472Big block V8. She kept the 74 around for my sister and I to go “Joy Riding”, (though she didn’t know that at the time as I was too young to have a drivers license. Her 1977 had a 425 V8, also a Sedan De‘Ville. My sister and I would race the other large cars of that era like the Oldsmobile 88s or 98s, the LTDs, Impala, etc. That 472 would blow the doors off everything we raced. It still go 16mpg with the cruise set on 100mph. ( on long trips my dad would set the cruise on 100). Six months before mom sold the 74, she bought new tires for it. When she sold it, the rear tires were almost bald and the front tires were still new. What can I say, but it was a fun car. My parents divorced in 78, so she kept the 77 for about 6 years and bought a new 280ZX. Thanks for letting me walk down memory lane. Great review Bro, Personally for the price of a Caddy, I’d buy a Lexus.
I am really loving the looks of this thing! To get all the features I want it would be closer to $65 grand but that's not unreasonable for today's market. I need to get out and drive one. I agree the door cards need work to allow larger water bottles to fit, but that's okay by me.
For sure! These are seriously an incredible sports sedan. Definitely go test drive one!! The fact that a same chassis ZL1 can whoop a mid engine C8 on a track in an amazing testament to the engineering and design of this platform (I know ZL1 is more powerful, but come on, it’s a muscle car platform vs. budget exotic). And with the sedan practicality it’s that much better and easy to justify, lol. Rant over. 😛
I’m sorry to throw you off with it’s color, it’s a 2022. I put an asterisk after the year in the title with an explanation in the description. I took out this one because not much has changed in 2023 and 2024 for the V series and this one has a couple thousand miles so the engine was broken in for my 0-60 test. Thanks for watching! 🙂
I’m sorry I can’t remember. It’s common these days for gas doors to electronically lock when the vehicle is locked. But I can’t remember how this Caddy was set up. 😅
That dark grey color actually looks nice! Normally I wouldnt even consider a dark grey, either going for silver or for black, not the 'in between' color.
I apologize I don’t remember. I believe this was a 2022/23 model year, so I’m unsure the Cadillac still offers this color. I had tried to style this video more towards purchasing a sports sedan in 2024. Thanks for watching! 🙂
I believe this 3.0TT only comes as a 10 speed auto in either RWD or AWD. But the crazy supercharged 6.2 Blackwing can and should be had in a 6 speed manual! 😎
Cadillac does offer a great value per dollar. The tech is solid too and proven to last. It has changed my perception of GM vehicles. I drive a alpha model, the ATS premium performance coupe, a 2018. 335 bhp non turbo 3.6l on regular gas ! Since it’s a coupe I will never let it go as they do not make a coupe at all now.
