I was randomly just thinking about this yesterday lmao. I was thinking why I don't enjoy Cod anymore.. There's nothing really to do. Back then you'd prestige when you got bored and have to get your pro perks, guns, etc.. Now the only way to get something cool is to buy it😔

Idk why they went away from this tbh some of my greatest memories from mw2 were trying to rank up to prestige

The rank system that is in place now gives people no reason to grind levels only battlepass but vanguard battlepass is dogshit right now

That was my favourite thing about COD it just made it so much more fun as you had something to always grind for!

BO2 was the first game with league play, and in terms of CWL, it was the first that allowed amateurs, and the structure to get the amateurs was through league play which was perfect, also a 32 team champs.. what could be better? It's the first proper call of duty competitively in my opinion, first on stage with a crowd, best gun balance (snipers havnt been the same since) biggest upsets and biggest wins ever seen in call of duty, grand final was something to behold.. best competitive call of duty hands down

I would put this game in s tier because of the league play alone.

BO2 is incredibly overrated! Horrendous hit detection and some of the worst spawns in the franchise (TDM was unplayable). Besides MW 2019 it's also the most campy COD ever. I just don't understand the love the game gets... Was very unbalanced for the first year too

agreed!! BO3 was just sooo much fun, the movement was great (jetpacks>>>) & like you said you could use pretty much every single gun in the game. goated.

@@sleazyotto. its like scump said in the vid about aw. One of the worst when it came to pubs but from a comp stand point the game was fun to play and even more enjoyable to watch imo.

@@Brandon-rs3yr That game was pay to win and if you didn't have one of the bal variants or the speakeasy then that was gg if you played against somebody who did. The "jetpacks" in that game basically just allowed ppl to fly around the map and speaking of maps, they were horrible. The only things I really enjoyed about this game were the skin cosmetics and the thermal mors sniper. That sniper and scope has to get brought back in future cods

What I mean by "pay to win" is the chance of you getting either of the guns I listed was slim to none and those 3 was easily the best guns in the game. There's videos of ppl spending hundreds of dollars just to get one of them.

Bo4 in general felt like the last actual call of duty. Such a fun game only problem was the micro purchases. The crate system tho was better I could grind for crates very easily

@@alexxx5248 I always say this seriously last game that looked and felt like call of duty mw2019 gave the game a BF feel which is weird and completely turned me off to cod every since if you play 2k or know what 2k is it reminds me of the jump from 2k16 to 17 just weird graphics for the franchise

Bo4 was the last cod that actually got love by the Devs & Activision. The showcase was so hyped. THIS. IS. BLACKOUT. I have more hours on bo4 than I'll ever admit bc multiplayer and zombies were so damn perfect.

BO3 was goated but there’s was def metas. The vesper pre nerf, the m8 and vmp were the best gun the whole game cycle and the brecci and haymaker shotguns were broken

I forgot about the marshalls too which people forget how broken those things were for almost 4 momtha

@@Foggycallabasashillshelicopter ​ That's true. However, I think Kris meant that every gun was viable. Like getting dark matter in that game was actually an enjoyable grind. All of the guns were easy and fun to use and nothing ever felt like you were at a disadvantage when going up against the best "meta" guns (VMP, M8, Vesper).

Ghosts was my favorite cod to watch competitively

I liked ghosts even more than BO3 when it was out bc boots on the ground

TTK was horrible, the snipers were bad, the maps were really bad too and the game had a lot of problems for a long time. In my opinion the underated game was Infinite Warfare by far. Everything but the weapon variants worked great in IW. Zombies was fantastic, by far the best zombies of recent years. Campaign was very good too and delivered what it intended very well. The multiplayer had good maps, good weapons, flowed extremely well, and if you combined movement with a skill you didn't feel the game was unfair like you do in the new COD's. On IW, the difference between a beginner and an experienced player was overwhelming.

Ghost is the most overrated tbh it was dog and people say it was decent and they lieing

well cod just had its golden era and then all of a sudden we are flying around like this is fucking halo. I had fun with flying cod but my friends couldnt adapt. It took more skill, better aim and the ability to do multiple things at once. Also having played claw and shifted to a scuf helped lol. Causals hated it cause they got shit on more then ever and casuals run this market cause they are the majority

@@yeager1234 for comp id say this year might be a bit better than mw2019. CDL has gotten better with production and its 4v4 instead of 5v5 which would give me a headache after 1 series.

Ban/Protect was hated because it was a race to the inventory items. Timer starts and me vs you race to who scrolls to the thing my team wants to ban and yours wants to protect. was not a fan of jetpack cods at all but especially after seeing advanced warfare. But despite bo3 is probably the best jetpack game out of all them.

I have a pretty severe vision impairment and basically treyarch games are the only ones I can see enemies clearly. AW too was good. All the modern warfares besides 3 were bad and vangaurd I may as well have invisible enemies past 15 feet. I see nothing in that trash heap of a game

Mw3 was horrible compared to mw2. It just seemed good because BO1 was such a linear primitive game in comparison. It brought back the same small ass maps with plenty of corners for camping and protection from killstreaks. It did have very fun game modes and guns but that is where the fun stops.
