What you call "cloth" at the top is nylon and it's also waterproof; the only water ingress points will be the zippers, in really heavy downpour, because they obviously can't be 100% sealed, just water resistant. And the pocket at the bottom is meant to hold the optional rainfly, but of course you can put anything you want in it.

That bottom pocket is for you to put a rain fly if you purchased one.

Seen a lot of reviews of this bag but no one really shows what you Can put inside with différent systems such as FF or aps-c. It is a nice review but this is for me the missing point leading to purchase error (buying the 21L but needing the 31, the reverse or people buying the 21 and actually needing the 11l)

Bro, size wise is it a smaller bag I’m trying to decide between the 21 and the 31?

Hey man, yeah it definitely is a smaller bag but I find it to be super spacious in carrying exactly what I need. (Camera, 3 lenses, and etc.) but I also based it on my height and size I’m 5’10 and the 21 is perfect for me. If you’re looking to carry more go with the 31! Hope that helps!

does the straps fit with peak design camera clip.?

Hey, not necessarily but I found a way to make it work but I’m clipping it on sideways rather than face down. If that makes sense. Where the WANDRD logo is on the shoulder strap is where I was able to fit the peak design clip. Hope that helps!
