To learn more about this bag visit: bit.ly/40UQG4s - I've also managed to get a 10% discount for us. I do not get any kickback from this so it's simply for you guys to enjoy. *CODE: Icelandic10*
@@thaticelandicguy I always gets the message (copied from the cart): "Promotion with code "Icelandic10" could not be found." But yes maybe that's because of cyber Monday sale.
On the other hand, I bought a general-purpose hiking back and bought a camera insert for a combined price of $140, and it's tough as nails and very protective. $400 camera bag? I'll pass.
I will never buy or trust another rear-opening pack that has the shoulder straps connected to the access flap instead of being connected to the main body of the bag. Such a design places all the weight on yhe access flap zipper and is prone to catastrophic failure.
I'm very happy for you that you are working with them :) Very interesting bag! At first I was very tempted to place the order due to Cyber Monday, but I still don't do big trips and for my current simple videos a normal sling with one camera + one prime does the trick :)
Great bag. I use mine for destination wedding videography. Fits under the seat of the plane and 3 cameras and lenses, drive, audio gear and accessories. Love it.
This answers my question of if it can be brought on as a personal item and fit under the seat on the plane. Just to confirm do you have the 30L or 20L pack?
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
Thank you so much for making this review. I have been looking for a new camera bag and had never heard of this brand before. I went to their website and saw they also make a 20L version of this bag for smaller people as well as a sling in two different sizes. Because of your helpful review, I plan to purchase the 7L sling first and then the 20L backpack. I just am not sure which color to get. I am currently leaning toward the dessert brown, but the black actually looks very sleek. I think they should consider adding another color option such as a nice grey-green.
I have one and I really love mine. Super durable, great features, weather resistant without cover, enough space for camera gear and food/jacket/etc. Only complaint is the camera Inlay, which I completly replaced with an F-Stop M-size Cube.
Ah the camera inlay has worked for me fine, but I’ll forward these complaints now that I have a little connection with them ☺️ I really like these guys and I wish they get more recognition that they deserve
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
Well I'm relieved to say my bag arrived last week and I ordered one after watching a few of these videos and I took it on my first really good hike today for about three hours and it passed 100%. It is a fantastic bag and it's well worth the extra money to pay for one the extra features in it make it worth it and I'm not sponsored by this company whatsoever. It's really comfortable as well and the side door to quickly access your camera is a winner as well. You won't be disappointed in buying this bag. I love the top compartment because I can put my drain in there in a separate small bag and I don't have to put my drone into the main sections.... Love how the lenses fit standing up as well
No one will EVER find the perfect bag, that’s why we all have so many damn bags 🙄 Peak Design make the closest to perfect bags in my opinion though! ✌🏻
Love your reviews and absolutely love your Icelandic accent! Keep it up! Doesn’t hurt that you live in one of the most scenic places in the world for photography…..
I love my element bag had mine for just over a year now and i honestly cant fault it, for a brand you don't see in the major retail outlets I was a little dubious to start but they were put to one side when it arrived great build quality and hold everything and more what else could you ask for I even ended up buying the small tech sling for my daily carry items when not out shooting
unfortunately, im not comfortable with back opening bags that has the straps mounted on the back cover instead of the main compartment. can't rely on the zippers to hold most of its weight. still prefer the og lowepro flip side design.
I get your point and it’s totally valid. I can only speak from my experience and I’ve had this one packed heavy multiple times and been out hiking with it. Never been a problem 😊
@@thaticelandicguy yess sir! It just hurts when people put their bags on the ground 😅 can't compare too much since it's my first real camera bag but it's pretty awesome..
For the last couple years I'm waiting for this bag to get on a big sale 😂 nice that you picked it up. It is literally the best one. It has a lot of space and that space is organized really intelligent. The overall quality is really amazing and it looks just as much. I still don't know if I should grab the black or brown one 😅
@@thaticelandicguytbh, I think I should grab the brown one, because most my stuff is in black. Maybe get some variety in there 😂 I'm really happy to see this brand on your channel. They literally only make incredible products and they do it with style! If you would get something from me buying it rn from this link, I think I would have bought it right away!
