This is very simple. You can add a Prophet item (the crystal ball icon in the last row of the Dock), then hold-edit and add Prophecies inside. Prophecies can do different things, such as moving characters, pressing buttons, and changing the music in your room. But the most important one is the Text Prophecy. You can type text and (if you want to) select a character who will say it. Prophets activate when a player walks into them, and are only visible when editing.

Hold the pink prophecy for a pop up. Select 'T' for dialogue for as many dialogues as you need. There are other options like effects, themes and music there. You have the emotes and move options there too!
