So glad you recommended the LCAs FIRST! What a huge difference that alone makes - if you do it yourself you'll get to see what absolute JUNK Ford equipped these cars with stock! I got the BMR ones like yours, plus the panhard bar and adjustable sway bar - we're good to go now!

Enrique R haha hope you weren’t in the car! sometimes I wish I would get an insurance payout on my 07 GT. Nice choice on the ecoboost imo. IRS suspension, turbo upgrade kit puts you at 400 crank hp/torque and great MPG everyday. personally I don’t drive a lot so I wouldn’t mind a V8 but I understand the insurance thing. I’m 19 so getting a newer car would kill me!
Nice video, I keep my car looking stock with stock exhaust. That way no one can tell I’m running a blower. I had to change the wheels though the factory ones were too narrow.

No man tires help alot obviously but suspension pieces are huge in making a rear wheel drive car hook ecapecially one with a solid axle. The stock stuff allows alot of flex and the rear end wheel hops and spins and stuff like that lower control arms in particular really help plant the tires better will take away the wheel hop and make whatever sticky rubber you have hook that much better. Suspension changes can drop alot of et off your quarter mile times

I have watched many of your you tube videos. The installation of many of your add-ons was key to my following you. Plus you have a 2013 and your mother has a 2014. These are my absolute favorite years. You talked in this video about LED fog lamps versus changing to a GT500 grill layout. Do you know which ones you were talking about? Keep up the videos.
First mods? All of that would cost over $1000. Shifter sure but it depends on the person. I hate when the car doesnt look right so i started with appearance first but i have both now
I got a 14 v6 recently and I’m unsure how or what to do with it. I barely have the money for servicing but eventually I wanna do what I can with it. Definitely saving this for when I can!
for performance mods with your 3.7, I say go for a set of gears and a performance tune 3.73s if an auto, and then find a used set of aftermarket mufflers/axle backs even if its for an older GT, 5.0 or GT500, have an exhast shop weld them on while keeping all factory resonators and cats, it should give you 3.7 a little bit more growl and the stock v6 mufflers are stupid heavy so you'll also drop 20lbs, I have a borla stinger that was originally meant for I think 07-09 GT500s, gave the 3.7 a nice sound when smashing the throttle, and on cold starts I swear to you a lot of people assumed my 3.7 was a v8, then bigger budget mod would be an aluminum driveshaft, the stock 2 piece shaft can break at over 100MPH and it makes the car smoother and increases acceleration and just makes your engine more responsive as it spins up RPMs quicker, then I would be looking for a ported intake manifold and a set of shorty headers, that would be kind of the road map i would be looking at for a 3.7 Mustang, then suspension mods and light weight wheels, you do all that you'll have a 3.7 that probably is a low 13 maybe high 12 car, google all the mods I listed for a 3.7 mustang, you will see people speak highly of everything i mention.
The traction control system isn't bad, the drivers are usually bad and don't understand how rear wheel drive works, I'm running a blower and never had an issue with traction control or losing my rear end, it's usually too much hp and no suspension mods + inexperienced driver that makes you end up a crowd killer
Kelly Blue Book and Cargurus has appraised my 100k mile 14 v6 an extra $1000. Cars in general are a depreciating asset but there's always someone wanting to buy a mustang, especially the 13-14 for the last updated look of the s196 style
*screetching I think he's running Corsa Sports, their like the Borla s types, in which they are NOT the maximum loudness, but also not quiet either. If you like a screaming eagle, go with corsa, if you want a growling thunder of a lion get the borla s types. If you just want louders, you have Corsa Extrmes, and Borla Attak respectively. But those are the counterparts. I run S types myself.

@@youngrios I've been through one two piece driveshaft that was it. Only big mechanical thing I've ever replaced. It developed a vibration due to a tailshaft bushing that was going out. Rode on the bad driveshaft for probably 2 months. I'm actually replacing the original serpentine belt, ac belt, and idler pulley on Friday since I'm coming up on 100,000 miles and that unmistakable belt whine has developed. Sounds like my car has a 3 liter Whipple on it LOL. The car is a 6R80 auto so I'm gonna do some tranny maintenance and some rear end maintenance soon as well. No problems there either. And this is a daily driven coyote that has seen it's fair share of spirited driving. In NY state of all places as well. I have a lot of faith in any motor derived from the Ford modular platform. I think these coyote cars are gonna be the the same way when it comes to mileage like the old Lincoln and other 2v modulars. Down south I've seen many 150,000 plus miles 11-14's with no issues.
If you have a 2010-2014 the lowest drop you can get for springs alone is either the eibach sportline springs they are (red) or H&R springs which are about a 2” drop in the rear. They are both around $300 but they will take away almost all your wheel gap if you have after market wheels. I can only get one finger between my tire and Fender not 2. If you want to go cheap and just lower your car you can get the sr performance springs for just under $200 which is a 1.5” drop.
Dude- did you factory rear speakers sound almost non existent? I have a premium but the sound from the system sounds like there are no rear speakers. Sounds almost all front speakers. Those damn woofers on the doors up front make the damn door panel rattle if I turn them up too high. Whoever thought 8 inch subs on a door would be a great idea lol
rollin' stoned I mean- I don’t expect top of the line, but I literally can barely hear the rear speakers when I turn the sound to just them, with the fronts playing it literally sounds like I don’t even have rear speakers
Wtf, i was just listening to my sound system 2 days ago, and now im reading your comment. I too was messing around with the fader and blance testing the rear speakers and yeah, they sound WAY WAY underpowered..., hardly hear them, wouldnt even notice to much a difference if i disabled them. The front ones do sound like they the only ones working and damn they strong as hell, they rattle the mirrors hard, would have been nice to have better sound from the back tho.

So guys my 2010 v6 got totaled with 154k miles.. I paid 10,000 for it with 126,000 miles on it.. I’m stressed about how much they gonna give me for it! What do y’all think ? 🤔 someone help me out !!!
Honestly you could figure 6k. Got into an accident with my 2014 v6 premium last month. $6,550 in damages and the insurance covered 4,050 of it. But that’s due to my policy details. They didn’t total it at all, but being yours is older with 3x the mileage they may give you the better end of 5-6. My estimation being my 2014 I was able to buy with 50k miles and for 13,200 even though the car was worth every bit of 15 regarding condition prior to the accident. If I totaled it they would’ve paid me 13-14 for it. Best of luck to you in those stressful times brother
