Can you please do a video like this? Or one just showing the the skeleton like with your needle on the bone of the skeleton over the facial bones, but talking about how to inject or project the tissue at the cheek apple for someone, who has very poor bone structure in the frontal area of the face. And because of that, like a severe laxity of the skin personally have never had cheek apples and I would love to know the way that an injector could place filler here and not yet and not make me look, unlike myself. I've had it before. I did not like what she did. I did not like it at all. It was very poorly placed. Tim do you use the MD Codes with cheeks - eg CK1. These days I see many patients being injected and land up with a chipmunk look pushing the eyes upwards. How do you avoid this ?

Do you use MD codes? Would ck3 be right beside the infraorbital? I was trained to do a needle to bone bolus but it freaks me out and ive not done it! Im to scared to hit the infraorbital foramen!

I can see why they chose her as a model- she has a perfect bone structure already. All he had to do was follow her already gorgeous lines lol. I think it’s a lot trickier to make filler look as good when there’s little “scaffolding” on the face to begin w to hold everything in place 😂

What about those injectors that feel like they have to lift the skin the loose skin at the cheek is certainly as They possibly can and then they release it after they’ve started injecting what is this based off of and why do people think that it gives more of a lift is it just because that filler placed there basically makes it impossible for that skin to fall back down?

Also if there’s obviously more volume loss on one side at one point - is that ok to add more in that point and omit from the other side to balance? Look forward to the next one x

I had Allergan Vollure injected i had horrible results:The filler keeps dissolving the collagen in my upper cheeks. The doctor said this was better and new product in 2018. Sad! The corporation needs to have a class action suit to prevent further injury to patients.
