Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best tacos governador, basically cheesy shrimp tacos, and a delicious tomatillo salsa! This recipe is super easy and under 30 minutes, these tacos take me back to the old days when I used to live with mom and dad, 😭

Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp
Queso Oaxaca or Monterrey Jack
Corn tortillas
Oil
2 tbsp butter
1 chile poblano
1 chile serrano
1/4 white onion
2 roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Roasted garlic and herbs seasoning
Black pepper
🌶 Tomatillo salsa (place tomatillos and chiles in saucepan, cover with water and place in stove, as soon as it boils remove from heat and drain water, allow it to cook down)‼️😉
10 tomatillos
4 jalapeños
2 serranos
2 garlic cloves
1/4 chopped onion
Handful chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
Salt
1 serving of love 💕
