Looks good but small tip on the chicken. Dry brine it with seasoning atleast a few mins before adding wet ingredients to the marinade. Osmosis etc

It's pronounced 'yeeros' not gyros... plus no halloumi in there. Small tip on the bread- dry fry with a small amount of olive oil.. don't toast it !
