Happy Monday my beautiful family hope you are all having a blessed and beautiful day, enjoy another delicious recipe is seriously the best!!!!!!!!! ☺️💕 make sure you read the description box ❤️love you all so much, thank you for the continuous love and support 🙏🏽
Are you from Colorado? I was born and raised in Colorado but now live in Georgia and they don’t have that green Chile not even the frozen packs😭😭 Can you do a green Chile recipe that will taste like Colorado’s ? Also can you do a red chile recipe as well? I would love to be able to make smothered burritos with both!! I love your videos!!!
Hello Claudia Hope all is well with you and your family. I'm Navajo and your Fry Bread looks like my Mom's. The Navajo's all use Blue Bird Flour not sure if they have it where your from but they say that it makes the best dough for Fry Bread. We also use hamburger meat and call them Navajo Tacos. But that Chile Colorado looks Delicious
Pima's use Blue Bird as well... and I don't add shortening into the dough. You'll be frying in it, shortening. Everyone makes their frybread differently.
Your dough looks so soft!! I just use salt, baking powder, warm water and of course Blue Bird flour. Crisco shortening for frying in a cast iron pan. Your dough stretching technique is spot on!! Looks so delicious 😋 My family and I will surely enjoy this recipe soon!! I do get tired of regular Navajo Tacos, time to switch it up 😉 Thank you for your videos!!
Lol. I'm now my family's best cook because of you. Thank you for being so amazing and so passionate about your cooking. I love how easy you make the recipes for us to follow. My kiddos are now trying them on their own. I'm so proud of you even though I don't personally know you. I've seen ur other videos of ur past. Girl...u are AMAZING 👏 😍. As always many blessings to you and your family ❤ 🙏

Navajo Tacos with a twist! I made some Navajo tacos two days ago. It was delicious! 😋 My mom usually flips the frybread dough from one hand to the other. I flatten my dough like you do...in circles.
👍Hi Beautiful Claudia! Oh my goodness this one was IMPRESSIVE!😳😋. Looks easy to make…will it taste like yours is the question?🤣. I love the fry bread…your viewers comments claimed yours looked like their Navajo moms recipe! What a compliment! I liked how you cut your toppings real small and just enough!😉 ⭐️THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREATNESS!
Wow!! Im impressed. your frybread came out really good. I make frybread often (Over 30 yrs) and I usually do not see many make frybread well. I saw yours and it was fluffy too... 2 thumbs up girl!! 🤩❤👍👍
I love your videos. I've been teaching myself how to make Mexican food and your videos are life savers! Thanks to you I look like a pro! You're an amazing cook!
There is an exact dish like that in my town in Nevada. They call them Indian tacos. But they are full of canned beef and canned beans. Nothing fresh. I've always thought that it would be so much better if it had real ingredients and you Claudia exceeded my expectations (: definitely going to try them out
The concept comes from the canned goods that the natives receive from the government called commodities & making due with what they had...... Canned everything
Omg amiga! Wow! Can we all appreciate her talent for cooking 🙌🏼😋 and how gorgeous she always looks for us in her videos! Estas bien hermosa amiga ❤ thank you for another wonderful recipe 😋 now that I am hungry after watching this 🤪🙌🏼

That looks like an elevated "Indian Tacos" to me.... Your version of the bread is what we call bannock north of the border in 1st nations Canada & out west by the Navajo..... Enrolled Lakota Sioux & Ojibwe here.
Where I live we know this bread as Navajo taco, they use refried beans, ground meat, top it with lettuce tomatoes and cheese, with picante sauce, oh and don’t forget the sour cream!! so yummy 😋 Your version look yummy as well! Love Chile Colorado 🤤
