Beautifully demonstrated. If I wanted to have one big souffle rather than individual ones, would it be possible? What volume souffle dish would work best, and what adjustment should be made to cooking times?
Thanks so much for watching! Christophe actually recommends that you don’t bake this soufflé recipe in any dish larger than 4” wide. It will struggle to rise, and small ones are a bit easier.
