The Pacific Northwest, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado….if you enjoy the outdoors, this entire area is amazing. I’m sure the winters are brutal but the spring, summer and even early fall must be great. Definitely know where I’m going to explore.
I live in Utah and yes it’s beautiful here weather is fairly good. Our winners are a little cold, but nothing unbearable. It’s nice in the summer that the temperature doesn’t get too hot. We don’t even have air-conditioning. We have salt coolers because our air is dry but I like it here I’m not planning on going anyplace else and I came from California, California where I was born and raised. I’ve only lived in Utah for 20 years.
@@copiouscat lol in la Jolla currently..I was on the beach when those illegal migrants stormed the beach in that boat and ditched it. I didn't see em pull up but saw them running
I was told to go to Ocean Beach and I go there to roll up a blunt and they had the audacity to tell me no blunt smoking on the beach Mf this is Cali right??? Did not like SD xD bicycled across the country and stopped there before continuing thru México Peace from Central America
@@onelove8062 hahaha really? Should've gone to Orange county. I'm from Huntington Beach and they could give 2 shits about smoking on the beach. Nice man! Where at in central America?
Living in LI outside of NYC I couldn’t agree more . It’s so nice to see a bunch of young people (I’m 57) living their dream to travel in the US . I bet u have seen more states than I have and it’s great to vicariously live through u guys. Just enjoy your lives because you have so many more years ahead to settle down n make roots. But for now enjoy your adventures:) you are very brave xoxo
San Diego is awesome and this is coming from someone who has lived in multiple states and abroad. Don’t let the bitter people tell you to not go on that trip to California. Enjoy yourself.
Try out Michigan my friend. Go up and around the coasts I highly recommend it👍 - Let me know if you need any specific suggestions. I know a lot of good areas in Michigan.
Dont really like staying in cities that long but haven't been to many. Boston and NYC are ok. When on the road traveling i try to go rural more often. I like northern New England and want to go west someday
I think each state has its own great areas to visit. I find the west is better since there is a lot fewer people. I am fond of the Pacific Northwest, where I can see the wildlife and enjoy nature.
You go by what other people say, because everyone’s experience is different. When they’re there, the time of year, the weather, what is going on, such as shooting, parades, riots, blizzards, or earthquakes. So what happens for on person’s visit may be vastly different than what happened during yours.
@@sammierose1150 Hey Sammie! I’m in Ashland currently in an apartment, but plan on returning to the car living. How is the Portland metro treating you? Are you partaking in van life? Miss PDX it was a great place to grow up!
San Diego was in my opinion the best CITY for van life. My wife and I liked to be as far in the wilderness as possible though. San Diego is probably one of my favorite cities in the country
It is your list after all… how can we disagree! I tend to not like big cities so NYC will probably never be on my list but I spent four days in London waiting for a flight home and wished I had a few more weeks.
But yeah, I've always wondered that myself. Yeah no rent, but food, batteries/electricity, laundry, hygiene, going potty, medical, etc. pretty sure, "van life influencers,* set up the happiest fanciest stuff, to promote their, "Van Life Lifestyle, hooray!!!" & never show the stressful other stuff
@@hatdowntight I LOVE the outer banks! I’m about two hours above there in Virginia so we take a lot of weekends to go down to NC to camp or on day trips.
Hey dude, I love your videos and have some questions, I’ve been wanting to live in a van after I graduate high school, and wondering if you had any advice for van life, converting a van, or anything about anything related to vans and living in a van. I’ll appreciate as much advice as possible. I can’t wait to live in a van!
Buy a truck, then buy a camper to mount on the truck; way better than a van, cause you'll have, basically, a tiny house. "Van Life," is just a bed, where you have to scramble to find, toilets, showers, etc.
Provo? The Mormon Mecca is definitely not somewhere you want to call home for any length of time. As a lifelong non-Mormon Utahn, please know this before venturing here. SLC is cool
"I hate mormons so I have to make it my personality". Bro let em live you'll be happier when you give it up. I'm not Mormon and Utah is THE BEST wouldn't change a thing.
As an Oregonian, our motto is, "You can visit, but don't stay or move here." That goes for all of Oregon. I live on a rez on the coast and we would take trips out to central Oregon, but now, with all the "Yippies" and transplants, i have to steer clear of so much of my state.
You mean visit and contribute to the development of your community but not stay? Nah. Matter of fact send me the exact town you live in so I can start searching for houses.
