The lady kept saying "20 minutes" boat tour in broken English that you did not understand; Also, the boat man forced to put on life jacket as he kept saying "police...police" as they caught you not wearing life jack, the boat man would get a fine ticket. He also tried to be helpful to gesture to take pics for you from your phone camera.
