Had mine for a good while and still think it is in the top two climbers ever made. I recently went with the mesh seat, and I find that a great option. Only two small drawbacks keeping it from being number one. When attaching and locking down the cables you have to be very careful as it can make a loud clank. And the other is the sharp edges on the traveling block on the threaded rod.

I had one of these stands and I sold it. Biggest I ever made. It was an excellent climber and I loved it. I tried using a different mobile setup and I found out the Equalizer climber was the better option and I should have kept it. I've used other climbers, Gorilla, Summit, API and more. The Equalizer blew them all away.

Anyone I have had use it has went right out and bought their own. They have done a nice job of adding accessories for the stand over the past several years. Thanks for watching the channel!

I don’t think you will be disappointed with the stand. They have great customer service and some really cool accessories to boot. Would love to hear your opinion once you get it! Good luck this upcoming season and thanks for tuning into the channel!

I bought an equalizer stand years ago when they first came out and still have it. Wish it wasn’t so heavy but double row a teeth are great and so stable in the tree. I’ve been hunting facing the tree for years and love it. Backrest is a must have especially if you’re going to hunt facing the tree, but even if you don’t, it makes a good gun bow and crossbow rest right in front of you by rotating the backrest horizontal in front of you.

I agree with you the weight is one con if there is one. However, the trade off of all the pros is an easy choice. I never tried the backrest but has been on my list of accessories. We appreciate your feedback and you taking the time to check out our channel. We like hearing what people think, that’s how we learn and improve as hunters.

Thanks for checking out the channel! Yeah I don’t run into too many hunters who have one of these, most have never even heard of them. After explaining the features and I get some to use the stand, they are 100% sold on it. I thank my buddy who turned me onto these all the time. Appreciate the comment!

I used a climber for multiple decades! I have been thru my share. I have missed out on a lot of animals (busted) due to trying to stand, twist around, so I stood most of the time. I could still make noise just shifting my weight! Also restricted shot angles. I have slipped down multiple times, dropped the bottom(yes it was tethered but pulling it up with my fat butt on the bar of the top portion of my summit n keeping balanced n one hand pulling up with it snagging). That was IT! You know where I'm going with this. But before I do, let me say this. I am (nervous) of heights. I'm 55, and overweight. I saddle hunt and will never use a climber again. I dislike the climbers not the climber. New Subscriber.

First off, thank you very much for the subscribe, we really appreciate it! I just started saddle hunting this past year. Snake has been in a saddle for 2-3 years and really likes the versatility it brings. This particular climber I still use in my arsenal,as well as hang and hunt set-ups and the good old hang-on setup. This climber was the one I liked after trying multiple other manufacturers and styles. Had similar experiences with slipping, losing the bottom and feeling unsafe when I was at the top of my climb. I think each method of hunting has its pros and cons. What it comes down to is finding the one you feel the most comfortable and safest in. Thank you for sharing you input and we will give you a subscribe back.

Forgot to mention, I also put a little plastic two-way level in the middle of the stand in front of me so I can easily tell looking at it if it’s level laterally and vertically. Good investment of five bucks. BTW I am 224 and6’3” and 77 years old. Best climber on the market!! And I’ve used a bunch of

Ironically that was one of the climbers I used to use prior to buying this one. Comfy, but after using this climber I was sold on it.

Are you kidding me. Get in it and show us. No one cares about your opinion. We don’t know who you are

Appreciate the feedback. It’s my opinion but I also show how the leveling system worked. I’ll do a short climbing video just for you since you took the time to provide feedback. Keep an eye out for that.

Appreciate the feedback and there was one other comment asking for the same thing. I will do a short follow up video demonstrating the climber. Thanks for taking the time to provide us with input on how to improve. Thanks!
