This shoe is based on the first creation of the Ninja Turtles. They all wore red bandanas. Not sure Adidas will be making any more colors, this pair is meant to be true to the comic book series.

They all wore red originally and should be the norm. They only changed them later on , probably so people could tell them apart. But i like the OG red on all of them

adidas went overboard explaining this release pays homage to the original comic, even putting the creators’ names on them, and people still only reference the cartoons and live action movies. I’m glad Hes realized his mistakes and corrected himself with inserts. This collab comes across so authentic because the streets have calling this model Shelltoes from the ‘80s. Bravo, adidas. ✌🏽💙👟

I will admit i didnt know the deep cut on this! It was confusing since it had the actors from the movie as part of the promo which isnt actually related to the comic or red bandana of the turtles
