I am sorry, but goblin characters are so easy to bring their points back, i men for around 50 points you get 3A S5 ap1 M9 at I7 on the charge, which is more than enough to deal with any chaff, which are around the same price and flank charge with them and you get your points back. Put it on a chariot, and then add 3W impact hits and all the good stuff. Upgrade to a warboss and go kill dragons with the monster hunter sword and paymaster coin. Goblin characters are throw away characters and will make wonder for you. People underestimate them, and pay dearly for it. A fun goblin character is with 6 eadbutting 'at and get 6 impact hits with S4 Ap2 and wreck ennemy cavalry.
RE Minotaur characters passing on Frenzy, they Errata'd it so that only applies if you get that Frenzy via Primal Fury doubles. Also the Centigor chieftain is almost good, he needs T5 though. At T4 he's a bit like regular minotaurs, just costs too much for his durability.
Plague priest on furnace is skavens only semi decent combat character but you didnt rate them as a combat character even though you put other lvl 2 hybrid characters like the nurgle one. Also indomitable does not stack, you take the highest of the values.
65 points to be able to cast a spell that you're probably never gonna succesfully use. 1- you have to show 8 on your dice which is slightly unlikely.2- your opponent is bound to have a lvl4. Good luck staying out of his bubble when you need to be in combat to use that spell. It's a fun idea, but is sounds very very bad.
*Dwarf King and Thane are easily A tier maybe S* They come with T5 and great armour save that can reroll 1s. Shieldbearers add 3 wound for 60 point which can be taken by the Thane too which can make a tank of battle standard. Then they can put runes on great weapons cause your defence is just so dam good. Also they get up to 125/75 points of runes and the battle standard can take 3 banners on top of the runes. *Wight King a Lord are also A tier* Their just so cheap for a T5 model that can be healed, so most people just avoid attacking them and go for the cheap combat res. You don't need to bring a Wight for Grave guard or Black knights if your not taking them as core. *Wargors are lower A tier* Beastlords aren't that great because of Doombulls but Wargors have T5 and access to good armour save which is unusual for Beastmen. Also you can put him on a Tuskgor chariot with talisman of protection for a 6 wounds super chariot.
