You could see the difference in his stride from start to finish. He was laid back in the beginning as the other horses were at full stride at the end the others were still full stride while he had little short strides like he was catapulting himself along
All this Magnificent Beautiful Horse needed later on was someone who could help and understand this Horse, but just like it has mostly Alway's been with Horses in Racing, no Patience or TLC which will Alway's turn a Horse Around to actually enjoy what comes Natural, to Run like The Wind 😊
Nice win, but this channel seems to care MUCH less about credibility than about selling through hyperbole. I've lost count of the number of times the headlines proclaimed "world's best" or some other completely unwarranted and ridiculous hyperbole. If you've watched horse racing for very long, you've seen many bigger comebacks than this. An old family friend used to train a one-run closer in cheap races at Finger Lakes. On Wed, going a mile and a 16th, he came from 25 lengths behind to win. He came right back on Saturday in a starter allowance marathon at a mile and 3/4th and spotted them no less than 40 lengths to win. Those are cheap races, but there is Caleidescopio, who spotted the field 25 lengths to win the BC Marathon and then spotted them at least 30 in the slop to win the Suburban or Brooklyn Handicap, beating a Belmont winner, if I recall. He was so far behind the second last horse at one point that you might have thought he had pulled out of the race.
