I 100% agree that Titans Conan is the best comic book rn. I'd love to see Titan cover some of Howards other characters(especially Solomon Kane) with the same team that is working on conan.

Happy to hear you are enjoying the run. Seems like we will be getting a lot of Howard's other characters in the upcoming battle of the black stone series, based on what was in the free comic book day issue, seems like we will see lots of them. Although a full Solomon Kane or Kull series would be incredible

There is a Solomon Kane back up story currently in the Savage Sword of Conan book from Titan. Also a highly recommend.

I’m enjoying both Conan books from Titan. I love that Savage Sword has a complete story plus a Solomon Kane back up in each issue. As a fan of the old days of comics even though I was not around at the time, I love having a complete story plus the extras for $7 I believe. While marvel is milking me for a 10th of a story every month for $5.

I wasn't sure if Titan could do Conan correctly, but they are doing a stellar monthly title. I don't bother with Marvel, but Conan is my main purchase. I wouldn't mind even paying a buck or two more each month as long as it maintained this level of quality. I only buy one DC book - Hellblazer. Usagi Yojimbo is title #3, and older comics from the 60s and 70s is all l purchase.

Conan is fantastic right now. Too bad I can't say about Savage sword of conan issue #2.. talk about Titan comics dropping the ball on Conan.

Cannot disagree man, Conan from Titan is so good it's crazy. After the franchise left dark horse I honestly did not belive we'll get a Conan book that is feels so good. Waiting for the battle of the black stone like... I don't remember anticipating a comic book to come out ever before to be honest. And also hope the savage sword will be a regular publication.

It truly feels like the best comic that has been published in a long time, especially given the state conan seemed to be in after leaving dark horse. Battle of the Black Stone should be amazing, especially given the bit of the setup that was given in the free comic book day preview

Kubert NEVER drew Conan. You guys are thinking about Big John Buscema. Barry Windsor Smith's Conan will never be topped, but these news artists bring Conan to the new age and bring their own magic to the table.

Completely our fault in the video, main thing Mike likes about De La Torre's art is that it is reminiscent of Kubert's art, I believe in one of the issues (#10) if I am remembering correctly de la torre mentioned that he was one of his influences ( he mentioned buscema as well), but completely our fault for not more clearly calling out Buscema and Windsor Smith for the awesome art they did on Conan's comics in the past

No problem. Ernie Chan also did some terrific issues during Buscema's breaks. Good that you guys pushed hard to promote such a terrific comic. No politics. No restrictions. Just deep, dark fantasy in a dreamlike fashion. Conan is terrific at any price!

Conan #12 delivered, but l agree with the comment that Titan dropped the ball on Savage Sword #2. The artwork in that main conan story was atrocious. Issue #3 will determine whether or not l decide to continue reading Savage Sword. Gotta do better, Titan!

Savage Sword has certainly not lived up to the main series thus far, although that is a really high bar. Hopefully future issues will be closer to the level of the main series
