@@georgeperkins4171 If Leasing, put the “ Tax “ dollars in a Robinhood account, and every dollar gets doubled while growing and earning 5-7% yearly dividend compound interest !!
Pam if your their showcase guy pays amazing. Most companies have this. I have 5 million accident free miles and I get these crazy offers best offer so far is company driver .85 per mile all miles dispatched. Best lease offer was $1 max cost fuel at loves or pilot, 3k maintenance credit in house a year, 2$ min per mile. This is actually great deal since you can go with a broke in truck just exiting warranty saving a good amount in initial depreciation
You should review BLC and let me know what you think. -Higher lease payments but no money down -90% of load hauling prime inc's freight -100% fuel surcharge -end of lease buyout is fair market value of truck -Alaska freight is available must have double/triples and hazmat. This freight is a lower percentage of payout but averages more. If anyone is interested hit up BLC transportation and tell them Charles L. Sent ya
@@fireandice1860 not a typical program. It is a lease with the option to buy at the end. Not a lease purchase where you pay it off as you go. It's different but it works just like every program there's good and bad with it but you won't find 90% line haul at many lease programs. I'm no expert in all of it I'm just a driver but even in my toughest times here I was doing ok, and the good times are unbelievable. Just put the info out because it's been better than any other place I've been in the industry even when I'm frustrated 😂.
Who are you getting paid by?... Lease agreements are the worst thing you can offer anyone, and the companies you mentioned are absolutely horrible lease or not lol.
Not all leases are bad-they can offer lower upfront costs and include maintenance, which is helpful for those who can't afford to buy a truck outright. It's important to research and understand your specific needs to determine if leasing is right for you, and from which company. Could you share more about your leasing experiences? Your insights could be valuable to other drivers considering this option.
Great question! The best way to find out which companies are a good fit for you is to contact them directly. Each company may have different terms, conditions, and benefits. To help you with this decision, I recommend checking out our article "Leasing Onto a Carrier as an Owner-Operator: 7 Questions to Ask." It provides insights and questions to consider when evaluating potential carriers for your owner-operator journey. blog.drive4ats.com/owner-operator-leasing-onto-carrier-tips
@@OverTheRoadATS That didn't answer the question really. What you talked about is a common knowledge but what is not a common knowledge is the list of reputable companies that can lease trucks from owner operators. You're welcome.
JLE Industries is well-regarded in the flatbed sector, known for its modern fleet and focus on driver support. If you’re considering leasing with them, it’s a good idea to look into their lease terms and the support they offer to drivers to ensure it matches your needs. Checking out reviews from other drivers can also give you a clearer picture of what to expect.
Who wants to hear us brag about ourselves? lol Check out our article on what to expect from the ATS Lease Program for that: blog.drive4ats.com/ats-lease-program-expectations
Absolutely, doing thorough research is key when considering a truck lease. It’s wise to check a company’s legal background and read reviews from other drivers to gauge their reputation. Also, fully understanding the lease agreement is most important.
Hey George! At ATS, we won't take on trucks that aren't driven by the owner of the truck. Each carrier will be different though. You'll have to reach out to each to see what they do.
It will be hard to find someone to lease on with but some lease companies may have specific policies or programs in place to assist drivers in the SAP program. I would give these companies a try which were mentioned in our SAP Program article: blog.drive4ats.com/failed-dot-drug-test-aftermath-sap-program American Trucking Group USA LLC Express Trucking Group Rouse Trucking Anfield Trucking
@@OverTheRoadATSautumn transportation since you asked brother. I base that on pay, how many drivers end up owning trucks , quality of trucks, lanes and home time.
Lol I wish. Just to clarify, we made this list based on research and driver feedback to give other drivers a good starting point if they were interested in leasing. What lease programs would you put on the list?
I worked for #2 , and can't say that it was ,not in the right spot . But as a company driver . They also run a school ,so if that says anything. Good company, the miles just weren't there and the waiting to become a lease op ,used to be 2years at the company. @@vidosanchez6900
Not about ABCO but here's an article we did on how to research a trucking company: blog.drive4ats.com/research-trucking-companies-tips Hope this helps!
The numbers are good on paper and they hope that's good enough to get you to live with their spy cameras. The only reason I lease is to keep cameras out of my truck. In any case, they don't have the freight to make a $1500/wk payment which is probably the highest out of any lease out there.
