Same I also just had it already by the time i wanted it, but there are quite a lot of newer players that just google what is the best pet, and they get smeeta and panzer so this video is mostly probably for the newer players, or people that just unlocked steel path and wants a non-dead pet xD

I hope so, would like some variety tbh, but I wonder even after the companion rework thats coming, the panzer is probably still gonna be king, because it still fires quills when dead, it's probably dumb but all the pets need to have a "when dead" mechanic like the panzer for them to get on parr, not just the rez, I hope DE takes that into account. :)

@@joedoe7572 you have to use pheromone before using lure. I wasn't doing that in that order and was only getting sly pets. The moment i did that in the order indicated it worked !

I hear you, fishing can be VERY painful and tedious at times :/ The amprex build is quite simple, not taken it to level cap or anything yet, but its Galv Aptitude Galv Chamber Hunter munitions Serration Critical delay Vital Sense Bane Vigilante armaments Vigilante Supplies You could change up serration for infected clip against grineer, or just bring corrosive on you primer or just armor strip and then viral on primer etc etc but that build I gave is very solid, for normal steel path you can change up the bane for more electricity aswell, depends on what you want it to do :)

I automatically farmed panzer while I was farming necramech. Pylons really help.

Yea either or works :) just easier to show it that way because either way it has to get downed by enemies to be weakened.

you do not need an incubator segment you find it you build it and you use it straight away

they do, very slight, so little that there is no reason to even pay it attention, if the bonuses are ever changed to mean anything, i'll update this video :)

the tranq is there by default but the lure and pheromones are the first standing lv up

yea it came out about 2 months before the rework, tenacious bond, reinforced bond are decent buffs to your warframe nothing game changing really but decent, duplex bond is okay but severely underwhelming, and the rest are quite bad sadly 😢 the mods seem to be made for anything NOT steel path, which is a bit sad for a player like me, but as long as the majority are enjoying it i cant complain :) what the mods are all relatively good at though is lowering the death timer on pets, so thats something atleast, smeeta got majorly buffed by the whole not dying thing, panzer is still king for everything not specifically farming related, adarza is great now due to not dying, and dethcube is quite decent for energy hungry frames, the rest still need a LOT of love in terms of their specific mods, like the predasite mods for example, are all utter garbage for anything steel path and up, so i really hope that this rework was the 1st of a few we need for our furry pals :)

Yea smeeta is solid, I guess i've just fallen out of hard farming since i got most of the stuff in the game so smeeta kinda lost a lot of value to me personally, but yea smeeta kitty is a good one :)

​@@morning8590plus sometimes the 200% crit buff actively nerfs my dps by downgrading my red crits to orange.

mainly when farming or lvling well until companion rework hits and if its good panzer still will be useful

it's closer than other companions, but not quite as strong at all. reasons are, it's re awaken takes twice as long 60seconds instead of 30 like the panzer, the sentinel gun does not beat viral quils because viral quils are AOE and is guaranteed procs, the gun is not, and also viral quils has the spore effect like saryn, meaning if the enemy dies with a spore it gets spread to all enemies around, the sentinel can not apply viral when dead like the panzer can either, the literal ONLY benefit that the sentinel has over panzer is that it can equip vigilante mods on the gun, but that is in most cases not any issue whatsoever. if you care about health and armor, the panzer also beats the djinn there the djinn has sacrifice which is a rez instead of an invulnerability, also destroying it's self in the process, so it's less successful because of reawakening taking a full minute instead of 30s The only cases where you would use a djinn over panzer is if you have quiver for invisibility because you can tag the sentinel and then you have invis :)

@morning8590 you realize the helstrum has a 3m aoe right? P.firestorm brings that up to 4.73m. Vulpaphyla only has a 40% chance of viral proc while you can mod helstrum up. Rifle aptitude, viral 60/60 and hammershot gets status up to 117%. That aoe has an easy 2.5 multishot with Vigilante armaments and split chamber. Djinn also has thumper augment with gives it 60m targeting range. Then with Vigilante fervor your fire rate is .363, remove firestorm and put on speed trigger it jumps to .513 at the cost of 1.7m aoe. Djinn rockets also deal status on impact and on radial. Quills fires up to 6 shots within 20m with a 4s cooldown. Statistically, that is only 2 viral procs every 4 seconds. Helstrum even without a riven fires faster. So with both speed mods and 2.5 multi it can deal anywhere from (rockets dont necessarily all connect but radials do) 8-96 status effects over 4s at up to a 60m range (if 3 rockets are fired x 2 for projectile and radial x 2 if each both proc twice x 8 for fire rate over the period of vulpaphylacooldown). So more guaranteed status with upwards to 16x the statuses at 3x the range of the vulpaphyla. Only down side to the increase status is thay impact shots also proc impact puncture at a near 50% rate combine and radial does impact and heat at the same near 50% rate. However since 1.00 dispo -imp can remove a lot of impact creating much higher viral proc priority. And with puncture status change I don't mind the free additive cc bonus. For the sake of time I won't even go into rivens breaking the numbers more. Now in regards to the invulnerability thing, vulpaphyla has it beat but don't forget djinn primed regen (which gives invulnerability)AND reawaken. Then sure, vulpaphyla stops frame from going down but you shouldn't be going down if your build is adequate. Sentinels dont stop you from going down but have medi-ray for health, and both guardian and shield booster to help with gating. But other sentinels have great bonuses too, wyrm with status canceling, shade with +240% damage to frame and weapons, death cube with energy production. But in regards to status spreading vulpaphyla gets wrecked by sentinels. Don't forget coolant leak for cold procs increasing cd damage now too and free close encounter crowd control

In regards to proc spreading vulpaphyla can't keep up, the math and playing shows it... survivability is more a playstyle thing than anything else. You also say that viral increases damage, straight up. That's not exactly true. It increases damage to unarmoured health by 325% at 10 stacks.... it doesn't work against armoured hp or shields. Which, with how bleeds work (bypassing armour) it is usually paired.
