Not exactly. FWC got 32 participants, but europe contesting for 13 spots only. While Euro on the other hand, qualifiers contesting for whole 23 spots, excluding host of course. Still, I agree that it's mind-boggling that Serbia just can't qualify for "easier" tournament
As a half bosnian living in Italy...it's so frustrating seeing Bosnia always losing at the european championship playoffs...the WC 2014 was a dream come true though, we deserved more than a group stage exit
Asking about Montenegro, people might remember about Euro 2012, where they narrowly missed out the tournament by the playoffs. They even stunned England at Wembley with a scoreless draw.

I'm a Serb and i hope Serbia,Bosnia and Montenegro make it to the 2024 EURO.I don't know if Bosnia has Serbian players,but if it doesn't,the nationalism in a game between them would be insane.

This is the story of Israel and if they were in AFC, then they would be able to compete for their cup and qualify for the world cup.
