May not be the right beer for the dish but I absolutely love a Porter and along with that nice crunch .... well fair crack it is a winner!

I and my ex-wife (separated) are great travelling companions when overlanding :) - just can't live together, but we do live under the same roof and I pay for board (she got the house in the property settlement). On trips, she stocks up, I cook and she cleans. A very happy separation. I overland anyway, so all she does is pay for half the food and nothing else; oh, sometimes a good fat boy brekky and coffee!

They are very nice but most people have an issue with the visual look of trying to eat tentacles. In the past I have cut them down into much smaller lengths so they are a bit more appetising.
