I painted the exterior of my house SW Tempe Star. I love it! Also, I recently saw a huge stucco house painted SW Indigo Batik. It looks rather shocking next to the bright green golf course directly behind it. The other houses on the street are painted in neutral colors so it really stands out. The woman who lives there is a graphic designer, hence her bold choice of paint color.
I used Britannia blue for an entry wall, love how it acts like a neutral, rather than a color...if that makes sense, but that's how I see it. Thanks I love it!
I just paint my entire powder room sea serpent woth 1 tiny window I'm going for dark and moody vibe and I love it! The color is gorgeous and sofisticated
I am new to the language and knowledge of LRV regarding paint. I'm 52 and never knew how important this is in rooms with low or high natural light! Also the whole undertone info is helpful! Thank you!!
Omg Britannia Blue is THE perfect blue, the furniture behind you looks stunning with it! May I ask you where did you get the furniture with the gold accents? Thank you
@homelikeyoumeanit . Oh wow, those are the exact same colors we picked. We're doing our whole house in white dove with different sheens for the trim and ceiling, and brittania blue for the island! We're also going to have a lot of natural woods throughout, so I'm so glad I got to see those colors together. It's gorgeous.
Which blue would you suggest for painting a free-standing cabinet that’s in a SW Antique White room? The room is on the NW corner of my house. The adjoining room is painted BM Collingwood on the top half and BM White Dove on the bottom half.
Your videos are so helpful! I plan to use SW Tempe Star to paint below the chair rail in my kitchen. Waterloo was another color I considered. My kitchen gets quite a bit of light. Tempe Star is not on your list. What are your thoughts?
Tempe Star is beautiful! If your kitchen gets a lot of light it should be fine, but make sure you test out a large sample, because this color is dark enough to go too dark in the wrong light.
@@homelikeyoumeanit Thank you for your advice. I really appreciate it! I'm disappointed that I didn't find your videos sooner. The painters will be here in 2 days! 🤞😅
I love your list. I am wondering about Benjamin Moore North Sea. (Not North Sea Green) I can’t seem to find it reviewed anywhere. Are you familiar with it? Do you have thoughts?
My house is decorated in white and blue. I bought the Ikea lommarp cabinets in blue green color. What wall color would be the best to bring the blue out? Now they look more dark green than blue.
