professional chef here... You can very easily adapt to meal prepping and load your little fridge with cooked ready to eat chicken beef and fish.... ready to assemble tacos.... so much healthier than the ramen and spam garbage you usually cook

My son is a trucker also. Thanks to Alex he has an air fryer. Goes grocery shopping on the way to his truck and then he just sorts it out in the fridge and tiny freezer. 😅 I think he eats better than mom and dad. He always tries to cook unless he's super tired. Like today, he started at 2 am and called me to talk so he wouldn't fall asleep at 1 pm.

Cooking in the truck is not hard. If you have an unused top bunk and an inverter, put a dorm fridge (one with a separate freezer) on the top bunk strapped around the bunk itself. Then you can get an air fryer or a toaster oven. I used an instantpot at first; cooks rice, soups, beef and broccoli, roasts, pastas, etc. Or if you're home weekly, prep your meals at home and throw them into the freezer. Also, park further from the truck stop store or rest area bathrooms so you have to walk further. Get outta the truck and walk. Get a gym membership at PF, 24 Fitness, etc... they usually have big parking lots or are in shopping centers that have docks around the back. Get a workout and a free shower.

Water is good for you but too much water can drown you inside and you are correct we need to take care of our health I've been on the carnivore diet for almost 2yrs and I've lost 45lbs and feel great all my health issues are under control.

My dad is a trucker for I think 14ish years now and I understand the struggle sometimes of driving a rig, sometimes breaking down, but if you really enjoy it, go for it! I support your cause of helping out a child which has brain cancer and that’s a 100% right thing to do. You know what you could do to get more exercise on your down time while waiting for them to load you up, get a kick scooter that way you’ll get in some cardio and build your muscles up at the same time (your legs, calves, ACLs will be burning afterwards) Did I hear a take it b#$ch while you were playing?
