I have this dock and am trying to connect a Mac Studio and a Dell laptop PC. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to connect it and make it work. If I connect HDMI from Mac Studio to the dock, I only get one screen working. If I connect from USB-C to thunderbolt, using the laptop USB-c on the back, it just mirrors both screens. Any ideas how this should be connected?

Limitation of MACs. You need a special dock that gives 2 monitor outputs before going into the KVM. The Dell Universal Dock D3100 for example.

Hi thanks for the great review. Just read about issues with the security of KVM’s and to make sure it is secure and up to NIAP Security Standards. Does this pass? Thanks again.

I think you may be confusing this product with an IP KVM. This product does not allow you to remotely access computers via IP rather it is a phyiscal connection. What specific security concerns do you have?
