at 11:18, you might’ve encountered a rare monster called The Death Angel which on the Pressure Wiki, the page specifically says that its attack is “Slowly moves down hallways, instantly killing any players in its line of sight and initiating a minigame with players hiding in lockers” but it also states it’s an admin character so there is a second monster that does the same called “Pandemonium” which initiates a mini-game like Death Angel. Short answer: you found Pandemonium, NOT a rare monster

i played this when it was in testing and oh my god this masterpiece is super scary and the fact they even made stuff that isnt even in the original!

yknow, sometimes, I feel bad about my general aversion to horror games. But when I watch a bunch of videos on pressure I realize just how good I am. I keep seeing people with over 80 deaths and no survivals while I succeeded on my 3rd attempt, and both deaths were due to not knowing mechanics (Went afk in a room and was killed by an angler while I was away. Didn't know they can come if you stay in a single room too long. Other time was to void locker, since I played solo)

just to let you know the thing that well you say that you need to not look at is called "squiddles" and you CANNOT be close to it or it will beome aggrovated. this also includes light sources e.g your lantern which will also aggro it faster than staying close to it BUT flash beacon and nightlights will NOT agrro squiddles. more info can be found in the wiki
