I use in between Cera Vé normal to dry skin and La Roche Posay. Love these two! Also the Cera Vé moisturizing cream (in jar meant for the body 😂 and La Roche Posay lipikar one) both go well under spf, foundation never pills and sets just nicely! 😍
Avene (also a French brand)has a creamy milk cleanser along these lines. It is approx$23 CAD and I wish it was more affordable but for dry skin it beats down LaRoche Posay for gentle hydration hands down.
I have used the LRP for dry skin and repurchased multiple times. Great cleanser for sensitive, dry skin like mine. Leaves you feeling clean but not that horrible squeaky clean feeling. Just fresh and clean. I will rebut this stuff as long as they make it!
Those cleansers do not work for me 😢 they burn around my eyes. I now only use elf holy hydration cleansing balm under my eyes. I sometimes double cleanse with it (use it twice back to back) and have the most beautiful glow the next morning.
Me too! They burn my whole face! Even the hydrating CeraVe! When I got pregnant last year my skin became ultra sensitive and now I can barely use anything on my face still on the hunt for a lotion and cleanser that won't give me a rash or burn :(((
I tried white one but didn't find anything special about it. I was still breakout, it could be because of my hormonal acne. Right now I am like aveeno brightening cleanser and I really like it.
I love the la roche posey one. It’s so good. It takes my backup off and leaves my skin feeling great. Not striped and tight. But soft. Mind you 99% of the time it’s not like I have a full face on with full coverage. But just my normal full face it does great with. (I don’t have a super full coverage foundation) However, I do only cleanse one. So take that for what it’s worth.
yea i recently started using the blue one (for oily skin), prob the most expensive cleanser i ever bought, and its pretty good. I use retinol and it makes me a little dry & sensitive, and this cleanser is suitable for that too. Plus, a little foams up a lot, so i think it will last for awhile
There is another Laroche Posay cleanser called the gentle foaming moisturizing cleanser. Definitely curious about that one. I’m using Cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser right now and I really like it
I went thru two of those blue Laroche Posay and realized it was irritating my fungal acne/dermatitis. It is a great cleanser though. But I suffered for awhile not realizing that was it.
@@venuscanteven425I used Cerave,I got a allergic reaction, ngl I never put my hands on Cerave again, and one reason is my allergic reaction, and the other one is that they aren't cruelty free.
Superdtug brightening hot cloth cleanser - eczema, rosacea and acne friendly. Cheap, natural & cruelty free! Best ever, even for mascara. Loved it for years now. 🌟💯💚
So besides CVS, where else can we find LPR? Never heard of it until this video! I'd definitely need the one for oily skin though.......Anyone with pretty oily skin that truly notices a difference in the amount of oil your face produces daily after using this? I switch on and off between Neutrogena Deep Cleansing-Purifying Clay Wash, and Biore Charcoal Facial Cleanser. Bonus: Both can be left on an extended amount of time to use as a mask as well. The Biore makes my eyes burn for a few seconds, but I really think I notice a difference? The Neutrogena has always worked well with me, ( I'm IN LOVE with the scent of this one- smells like the open air & the ocean...ahhhhh.... Wish they'd make candle infused with this fresh, clean scent!) 🕯🏖🌊🌊🏝 Anyway, its always worked well since I was a teen. I remember when my Mom bought me my "very own special face soap", just for me....I thought I was really hot stuff! This was back before there over 1,000 items to choose from, and it was still back in the "soap bars" days...Loved that see thru orangish bar of soap though....until I figured out why she was getting it for me, I was starting to have monthly breakouts.... Ohh wasn't puberty just sooo fun?? HA! #NOT !! 🤤😲😨
What about combo skin slighty oily for heads with heavy mostoriezer however without I have a dry forehead and I definitely have dry skin everywhere else I also have eczema where my dry skin is and I’m starting to get it around my eyes also I have very acne prone skin and I have small bumps around my forehead 😅
Everyones skin is different though. I just bought cerave gentle cleanser with salacylic acid and ceramides. I'm hoping it works for the price of $24.99
