I make something very similar but I use different seasonings and I don't add beans although I made it yesterday and didn't have my usual veggie mix that I always add to it, so I threw in black beans, corn and chopped potatoes and I actually like it with the beans so I'll continue to use them but I also add tomatoe sauce with a bit of water and a laurel leaf while it's simmering adds flavor. I usually make them into tostadas so I put refried beans at the base add cotija cheese top with the meat mixture and top with shredded lettuce tomatoes onion avocado sour cream more cotija cheese and homemade salsa and it is 🔥 but when I don't make them as tostadas I make white rice to accompany it. Next time I'll try the red kidney beans in it 😊

Hey just a great tip when your cutting board slides all over the place just put a damp paper towel under your cutting board and boom no more sliding and you won't lose a finer or cut yourself ... love you guys. Us always academy influencers miss and love yall

I leave the bean juices in when I make chili and people always compliment it. Most people drain and even rinse their beans for some reason. It adds so much flavor
