Got my 16 year old one of these for Christmas for his commute to after school job at McDonalds he loves the thing it’s only 3 miles away so the battery does well he does say he wishes it was faster.
Be mindful that GPS speedometers have lag, they’re not always accurate to your actual speed but are meant to give you ample approximation not actual speed. Its not a good tool to use to check actual speed. Weirdly some tire dyno’s meant for motorcycles can give you actual accurate speed.

Suggestion when you change your mode or gear it's better to STOP ✋️ that way it won't ruin your motor gears then you can proceed to max speed. Electric scooter is NOT a bikecle there's no manual pedal.
