For those who didn’t know; yes, the New Jersey pasta in the woods story did actually happen, the story went that apparently they cleaned out a hoarder’s house and found hundreds of boxes of unused pasta, rather than finding a usable solution, they instead dumped all of it in the New Jersey wilderness where it semi-cooked due to rain. Also public radio kept getting calls with people saying their best pasta and Italian related jokes.
This was a waste of food big time. Unless the hoarded pasta was already filthy or contaminated without its package, I can't think of this as a good solution. Still, the jokes in the radio are awesome, wish I could've heard them.
12:40 "This leaves me to believe you've either never had mint chocolate chip ice cream before, or have never brushed your teeth before" -some random guy on reddit
If you don't agree that mint chocolate chip is the best ice cream flavor you'll be happy to have mint chocolate chip because you'll be tasting the dirt
Bro said that people hate Pineapple pizza just because society tells us,then proceeded to say that mint chocolate chip ice cream tastes like tooth paste
For anyone actually now wondering what Europeans ate before potatoes were brought over, the answer is turnips! Turnips are very similar in a lot of ways, and were an important staple before potatoes. Potatoes took over in most European countries because they have more calories and minerals, are less bitter, and you can grow more with the same space.
@@weichang9693That was after the potato was introduced. They stopped growing a large variety of vegetables and mostly grew potatoes, so when potatoes got ruined they had no alternative.
I heard of that one chef who banned vegans from his restaurant because he was tired of them barging in and protesting and making diners incredibly uncomfortable. That's the most glorious thing I've ever heard!
You didn't even watch the entire video yet, this video was made 8 minutes ago before you made this comment, you only got 8 minutes into the video, you cant confirm if ALL of them are true yet.
12:40 As a wise man once said: "Anyone who think's mint chocolate ice cream tastes like toothpaste has clearly never brushed their teeth." because bro, if that's what your toothpaste tastes like, then idk where the hell you're getting it from, but I want some.
10:10 when whisking, spin it with your hands by rubbing either side of the handle with your palms, this creates a spinning motion which not only mixes far better, but if you do it while lifting up the wisk, basically removes all the grime for you.
Once upon a time I delivered food from Spicy Memory to a hotel. Later the restaurant put in a re delivery because "they said it was too spicy." They told me to take the original food from the customer when I arrived and that I was allowed to have it but they weren't, because they don't let wimps have free food. The free pad thai was really tasty but not exactly that spicy anyway
5:05 I have failed at making an omelette almost every time. It breaks apart when I fold it about 85% of the time. Seeing this has restored my faith in my ability to make an omelette. Thank you to whoever this is.
4:36 fun fact: during the second world war, french soldiers would carry baguettes in their socks to eat on the go, and apparently if they went stale the french used them as weapons.
I have a feeling this dude is just stitching together all his other videos on a topic to create these “The Best [Topic] Memes”, and honestly, I respect the hustle.
After seeing that soda lid one at 3:40 I realized that there was a trap in Saw with the exact same idea, just bigger, metal, and there was 1 for each hand.
