Takoyaki is a 10/10 for me when I had some in Osaka, though they were served extremely hot. I could barely taste it at first but when they cooled down, crisp texture with soft and savory interior was just great. Ate it around winter time so the heat wasn’t too bad.
I tried takoyaki in the takoyaki museum in Tokyo, but I thought it was completely disgusting. It's like salty raw dough with squid with the sucker things still on it? I couldn't get it down personally.
@@alittlebitofpeaceI live in the philippines and theres plently of people that sell takoyaki here also. I've also seen a lot of koreans eat it as well. Just because it originated in japan doesn't it can't be found anywhere else😅

Theres SOOOOOO much more than the food though. The culture is amazing, every month theres some sort of festival, the natural scenery is to die for, also trying out an onsen is a must. Japan has so much more than just food to offer
I love Doryaki the chocolate filling is so delicious and my mom used to do Doryaki....and its Doraemon's favourite thats why i recommended Doryaki to my mom.
Believe me it's not, the part of the sexual apparel of this creature touch the thing you're supposed to eat, looks like a red/ orange monster or worm stuck at it 🤮
Ok ngl I have no idea where this dish is from but I fricken love it my mom makes this sometimes and it’s called winter melon soup I think I’m not sure but if you ever see this on a menu GET IT it’s so simple yet so comforting even if you’ve never had it. It’s hard to explain lol!
The thing about food review is, that it is very subjective, and really depends on the person's personal taste, like if you have sweet tooth, then you give much higher score for the pastry or sweet kind of food rather than the savoury one.
I always see people sell Takoyaki in my country (I'm not in Japan) but if I go to Japan that will be the first thing I'm gonna search for because TAKOYAKI 🔛🔝🔥🔥
OMG!!! You guys should try the crepe in Japan!!! Super good!! Also, in Akihabara the octopus or squid cracker sold on the street!!! Red door ramen too!!! Crazy Pizza of Japan!!!
