Hi bro My fantasy,formation:4-4-2 GK:Mendy Defenders:TAA,James,Perisic,Cancelo Midfielders:Salah,Diaz,Guimaraes,Neto Forwards:Haaland,Jesus 1/10????????
Just a couple of notes. Tomiyasu still hasn't played any pre-season minutes so we'll have to keep an eye on him, he might not be an option for GW1. If he does have another injury that would also put me off a little due to reliability as he was out through injuries last year as well. As mentioned briefly in the video - Zinchenko has now moved, he has the potential to be the best Arsenal defender I think but minutes might be a concern early on, Gabriel the safer pick!
Diogo Dalot at 4.5Mn could be a sleeper pick. He seems to be the preferred first choice ahead of AWB. Has done well in pre-season, linking up well with Sancho. Also Zinchenko at 5.0Mn could be great value if he signs for Arsenal, probably a better option than Gabriel. Would most probably play in the midfield, unless Tierney is injured.
Spurs just bought RWB Djed Spence so Conte now has 3 RWBs (Spence, Doherty, Emerson) and 3 LWBs (Perisic, Sessegnon, Reguillon). This makes Spurs' WBs, Perisic included, a no go for me. Nevermind if he is the preferred starter, I have a feeling he's going to use the 5 subs rule to rotate them like crazy so that they can keep running at 100% ... and a defender who is uncertain of staying on for at least 60mins is of very little use from an FPL perspective.
Would add to that saying is Reg is probs on his way out. Wouldn't surprise me if Spence is introduced slowly. But I'd still go with other teams WB's as it stands.
He's a good option. There is going to be quality in the mid which will enable him to move upfront and put in those assists. He's already recorded one in pre-season
@@fplgalaxyzm also if u watch the games he’s been drifting to midfield and the wings a lot when the ball turns over he’s right back in the defence. Unreal engine on him
My thinking is because Neco is so high in ownership with poor fixtures the minute they start to struggle his price goes to even something like 3.9 then boom he’s going into my team
I think Lucas Digne is a better option than Cash to be honest! Better attacking numbers. Just think there are probably better £5m options due to fixtures really.
@@brynlawrence9554 I have Undav currently on my bench for Cash as their fixtures rotate quite well. It’s a risk having 5.5m on your bench when you don’t know if he’s nailed for starting
great video Awesome new format for reviewing the players by price range. I have TAA, Robo, James, Cancello, and im taking a punt on Zinchenko playing more in the middle at the gunners and that means im selecting a 5 3 2
Enjoyed this Andy, the formatting is awesome and easy to follow. And the time stamps are proving very helpful also! Thank you for the heat video as always 🙏🏽🙌🏾
I think VVD is vastly overlooked. He can score more headers this season and Liverpool were/have been really good at set pieces. And with the signing of Nunez he could get few cheeky assists with those long balls. If I were to double up on Liverpool defence I'd have him over Robertson. I also think Tsimi will get more game time this season. Robertson was knackered early abd late in the season. Our managment must have spot it.
Game theory says You are wrong. The most probable game situation when VVD scores by header is at a corner. Corners are taken by Trent. Trent could find anyone for a header, VVD can score only from Trent's corner. VVD is 3-3, Trent is 2-12 (!!) and his options widened this season since Darwin came.
@@palficsaba1710 I think TAA is head and shoulders best defender available. I'm not talking about him. I'm talking about other premium defenders and especially Robertson
Wouldn’t walker be a great pick for 5m? Doesn’t get the attacking returns, however, the potential for clean sheet is always there and at 5m could be a steal
Nobody is talking about kristensen from Leeds. Under marsch leeds are going to keep a lot more clean sheets. Kristensen also got 7 goals and 3 assists last season with RB Salzburg
Five substitutes are going to make a massive difference to the game this season. Managers can run their wingbacks into the ground & replace them after 60 minutes and still be left with 3 subs for injuries.
I know it is personal opinion but I put White ahead of Tomiyasu, especially for minutes he can play cb and I think last season was used in rb at times.
Trippier is surely higher than Dier, maybe even Gabriel. Here’s the logic: Many people are choosing JWP as a midfielder because of his free kick potential, but otherwise he contributes very little going forward. Trippier’s free kick threat is similar imo, especially since newcastle win more free kicks and he’ll earn an extra goal point as a defender, whilst he can also get clean sheet points from a top 3 defence in 2022. So if trippier is more desirable than JWP, would people say that Dier also be more desirable than JWP? My answer would be absolutely not. Dier will never get bonus points because of the quality at spurs, he’s not nailed, and clean sheets aren’t that secure at Spurs.
@@LetsTalkFPL That makes two of us… But mainly because he’s a lottery player, you can never plan for a JWP goal just like you can’t plan for a Dier bonus point👀
you overlook cash & digne.. seem like gems here at cheap 5mil.. a differetial boost.. get a least 10 CS per season.. goals and plenty of assist potential..
Potentially an unpopular opinion but I don't know if I'm expecting Brighton to be a good defence this season. They dropped off for defensive returns when they sold Burn and without Bissouma I feel like they could become quite leaky.
Hello Andy, just wondering what your thoughts on djed spence at 4.5m? Do you think he is a viable option or do you think he is not a good asset due to minuets taken away from him buy Doherty and Emerson?
now Leicester defensive injuries are fixed I'm thinking about one of their 4.5s, Castagne or Ricardo in a 5-4-1. Brentford and Southampton at home in the first 3, attacking threat present too, especially from Ricardo
Am I missing something (genuine question) or is Walker not pretty much nailed now that Zinchenko is leaving with the assumption Cancelo stays at left back. At 5 mil that seems a steal even if he is a slight rotation risk
Loving the content as always. Not sure if we can say Palace away is a green fixture now. Bit of a fortress and a great atmosphere. Arsenal will struggle first game against them
Agree, but for this one I based the colour on how easy the team is to keep a clean sheet from. Palace not a great attack, although yeah - maybe green was a bit harsh!
Perisic is expected to play for us V rangers and Roma so I have no doubt he will start V Southampton on that note I heard zinchenko may play mid for arsenal so should I get him over perisic?
I'm surprised walker didn't get a mention either. Even if cucarella signs, won't he likely be bedded in like most city players tends to be for first 6-8 games?
I think a lot of people are overthinking their way out of Cancelo. As much as I like Robbo as an LFC fan I think our clean sheets last season were a bit fortunate, with Ali and VVD being spectacular for a couple of games, while City just don’t give teams a sniff.
City is the best defence, that's clear. Cancelo and Robertson's attacking level looks very similar. But Liverpool are also a decent defence and POSSIBLY Roberton's minutes are better. Could just be that Cancelo plays nearly every game when fit as normal, just worry a bit if Cucurella comes in. Like I said in the video, both Robertson and Cancelo are excellent picks.
Suprised you didnt include Paterson from Everton as a 4million option. A right back that will get first team minutes for Everton next year with Coleman losing his legs. He was going to replace coleman late last season but suffered an injury
I am contemplating between picking Cancelo and Diaz or Robertson and Saka or even Cancelo and Saka. What do you think I should do? I am also thinking to sell Chilwell for Neco Williams and with the extra 2m get Sterling instead of Diaz or Saka
Gk ederson Def cancello chillwell robo TTA Med salah neto rashford bailey Fwd haaland jesus Bench :begovic tomiyasu andreas gayle What do you think i care about your opinion 🌹❤️
No Dalot?......$4.5m...Pretty much First choice & attacking. Looking pretty good in Pre Season. I'd definitely have him over Dunk or Tomiyasu who hasn't played a pre season match yet.
Quick question mate, I used bench boost first game week last season and then wildcard for 2nd game week, managed to get off to a great start with over 185 points after 2 weeks. Would you recommend this or do you think saving the bench boost is better? I just felt there most likely wouldn’t be a time in the season when I’d have a whole squad full of players who are guaranteed to play. Great videos 👍🏻
Interesting play, potentially could be worth with the unlimited transfers during the World Cup as long as you think you can manage 2-16 without a wc. But I normally save it for a double game week like 36 last season
9:54 Why don't you rate Cash at 5M bracket? GW1-3 seems more likely to come off for sure, then potential swap. I really rate Trippier too. But he is injury prone. Ait Nouri seems another good option like Jonny for 4.5m Wolves opening run look good. Have swapped out Anderson based on this video in my squad. I possibly wouldn't put Tomiyasu as I have Gabriel - and like the idea of leaving Saka or Martinelli with Jesus as other Arsenal players this season.
Wonder will Pattersoh start more games for EVE this season at 4.0m? He started the first half of their first friendly of the year but they haven't played any more friendlies yet so it's hard to tell.
I think with Haaland coming in that for me makes Cancelo the best 7mil defender pick as I can see him getting more assists from crosses, and when you look at the underlying data, Man City have quite a better defence than Liverpool.
Dier over Romero. Dier plays every game and our only ccb (rodons off), Romero is also nailed but he got like 8 or 9 yellows in his first season - his natural aggressive defending isn't good for fpl. Dier also takes some direct free kicks
Off topic question. The points a player earned last season. Do that include The bonus points? Salah made 265 point, is The 29 bonus point included in The 265?
i dont understand why Zinch has minutes concerns... He is a nailed on AML at Arsenal eating time from Martinelli kai eating attack threat from Tierney. He is by far the best Arsenal DEF and the best def up to 5.5m. Left winger playing as a 5.0m def_ come ooonnnnn
