Sorry that I don't know but you can see the instructions on how to extend your VIP service by clicking the navigation "me" at the bottom of the APP. Personally, I like it as a free online dictionary and my son uses it to pratice writing characters sometimes
If you have Windows 10 type of computer, there is an option in the settings that allows the keyboard to write in different languages with tones. Go see on RU-vid or Google how to find and use it. For me, just went to the Time & Language then Language. There you can select your Preferred Languages. In order to activate the keyboard, that's something you should really learn from Google. It's difficult to explain here.
