Hi CG, ... would you please ! make a tuto on a clean re-installation of blender, ... getting rid of old addons, ... choosing the addons to keep, .... and the addons i bought! ... that would be useful for those who tried a lot of addons and hahe a messy N pannel and a unstable blender ! ... please !
Finally, some sensible instructions for how to get this addon working. I've tried to install it at least three times, but it always ends up with some part broken. Now it works. Having the plugin, plus the scatpack, plus the library octane thingy make this confusing to install. Not sure why it has to come in three separate parts. Then it just looks in an uneditable system folder: .var in the .home directory (Linux) for the .blend file, instead of the Assets Library folder you told it to look in. Thanks for your clear and concise instructions.
when I added the scatpack it just told me it cant find the geoscatter blend file. I also have forest biomes, dry lands, wild grass, etc. Is this normal? I cant add anything to an emmitter as it cant find the .blend library file.
@@TheCGEssentials There are so many influencers like yourself who could use this platform to collaborate with others. Personally I'm into a lot of cyberpunk as most people are lately. But then there are the die hard Pixar people. I don't think it's getting easier for people to be so isolated now that AI is here. It's like frogs in hot water.
