Liam that’s just nuts. Never seen a spec like that. You know no corners have been cut when the light strips under the bar top are routered into the granite itself 😮
Absolutely fantastic work and very high standard. Stunning. Raffle ticket bought. Fantastic amount you guys have raised so far. You guys should be very proud of yourselves 👏
I'm a recent viewer and hoping to get my own self build room done using your superb instructions. Nowt wrong with the voice, it's clear to me 👍 Keep up the great work 👍
Liam, That Build is Amazing it’s always very interesting watching you and your team building these garden rooms, And it’s fantastic the amount of money you have raised for the Candle Light Charity , Keep up the good work 👍🏻💷🇬🇧

Wow you’ve out done yourself there mate. You must be so pleased with this and you’re not kidding it’s the best garden room on the internet. You’ve got a hell of a team there, congratulations to you and the team.
Absolutely stunning 😍 10/10 craftsmanship. It really shows when a tradesman cares about their work 👍🏻I’ve sent my entry on whatsapp and cellular.. I didn’t know which for best? So I guess I’ve doubled my chances of being drawn up?😎🤣🎉
Liam I can tell you loved this build, your tooth popped out when you showed us the bar area 😂 👍👏🏼. Fantastic build one of the best I’ve ever seen, congrats mate 👏🏼
Can you build the roof strong enough to hold solar panels? Great thing about flat (flatish) roofs, you can position solar panels to the best direction with those mount tilts. Great video, Liam. Cheers. Thanks to customer to allow us to benefit and get inspiration from your amazing work.
Hi Liam, we have ordered one of your plans which has helped me build our garden room which is 6m x 4m. Thank you so much for your videos which is so helpful as this is the first time I am turning to do something like this by myself.
Great videos bud. I’m building a big room myself, inspired by your videos! I’m upto the point where I’m ready to insulate it. Now I know you don’t use it but I have easy access to rock wool(free) is it ok to use instead of the boards you use? Would really appreciate your advise thanks
Wow…. Now that is a garden room. Its def up there with the best you’ve done. I’d have your team build me one in a heartbeat if you fancy travelling 1 hr 20 away? I’m not a time waster, I’ve tried before but at the time was told it’s a bit too far. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 after your comments around 12:50
Hi, I'm after a bit of advice regarding roofing for a forthcoming workshop build. I need a workshop so I intend to build a timber frame 9m x 4m with an apex roof. It will be mostly Douglas fir as that is the most economical material here in mid west France where I now live. For example an 8 x 4 sheet of 18mm OSB is roughly £80 , to use 200mm x 20mm Douglas boards would be about half that price. So, I plan to use that for the roof with a breathable membrane on top, and then batten over that finishing off with a corrugated sheet. The idea is to create an air gap which will help keep the worst of the heat off. Similar-ish to a tiled roof I suppose. Do you have any suggestions which might help or achieve the same thing in a better way, hopefully for a similar cost. Many thanks. Chris.
Hi Liam keep it up you are doing a you are doing a great job and having fun making some brilliant videos superstar Ali Walsall west midlands england junction 10 m6 Walsall
Hey Liam, watched for years this is just another prime example of the build quality you offer. We also build these down in south wales, I have a query :) We have one starting in a couple of weeks where I we have a window to install up high on one of the sides where the anthracite profile sheets are being used. How did you install the window and trim it? To look aesthetically pleasing but also water tight. I would be interested to know what you did on this one. Thank yoh
We get flashings made up from the metal sheet supplier, trouble is, you can’t order them until the window is in and metal is fit as you don’t know where on the profile it will finish, so you can’t measure for the flashings until fit
Hi, just wondering whether this garden room required any planning permission from the local authority? If so, what is the threshold before it requires planning consent in the UK?
Looks nice but a 3.5kw aircon unit for a building that size is mad. If you build it out of wood fibre insulation and have some external shading you wouldn’t need that.
