I had a dream a few weeks ago about waffles as I never had them and so want to just buy a waffle maker so I can try some heheehehe. Let us know how the IBS era goes, I have IBS and it sucks sometimes having to watch everything I eat on top of being Gluten free. I was diagnosed 7 years ago with IBS and have noticed I can't eat too many overly sweet things as they make me feel sick. I had problems with fizzy drink for years and didn't know why so I can't drink fizzy drinks or even cordials unless they watered down. I try and focus on the things I can eat and know what my body will let me eat lol. Funny thing is having IBS means I have tried different foods I never would have tried before and it has made me more aware of what I am eating and how my body feels when eating some things.
