The best GOLF app for APPLE Watch

Really underrated!!! This one is better so far after using it on 2 different courses in the Ponte Vedra Beach area in Florida, where this “old Dutchman” lives, than most, if not all, range finders for Apple Watch (I have series 6) -which normally cost $40+ a year. Simple, accurate distances and direct on Watch with automatic moving to the next hole., after downloading of App on phone (14 Pro Max). That’s all I need and want, and I have used a number of others that are in comparison quite often disappointing and not even close. I stumbled upon it somehow en het is helaas wat onbekend. Bedankt en geweldig gedaan.

Can you make the Hole and Par info on the top left a little bigger and brighter. If you are a person with glasses/readers or older the small font is hard to see and then with sunglasses maybe a brighter color

Ziet er mooi uit, ook de manual distances is een erg mooie optie. Denk alleen niet dat ik ‘m ga gebruiken omdat je geen scores bij kunt houden wat ik toch wel erg belangrijk vindt. Dan zou de app echt top zijn!

Thanks for sharing this app. It looks great. it looks like it doesn’t keep score yet but I was curious why you would use reset shot distance maybe this will become clear once I actually use it at the course? Thanks.

I am excited to use it. Did you factor in slope for shots inside 200 yards? With 2meter accuracy of location, having slope factored in would be a great addition as the data is available. Just a thought, but it looks like a great app and I look forward to trying it on my new Apple Watch Ultra. Cheers.

going to try today, what phone/watch settings do i need to make the watch stay on and active rather than having to unlock it all the time?

Thanks for the video... and the nice app. I tried this app on an apple series 5 wifi model. Software likely up to date. Large font ok. zooming a bit sluggish on my 5 and the map square shrinks smaller than the watch screen when I really pan out. The app must only have the one hole "area" tuned in for graphics at a time. (note this is not a cellular watch unit, just wifi/bluetooth) The app tracking GPS worked well for my round yesterday, with hole advance. I didn't use the MAP feature there since I didn't know how to do that until this video. It does not have a map search function to load in maps of courses I will go to next week. i guess i have to be nearer the courses to download. Thant's okay if map downloads don't drag the watch battery down . I used about 35% on my 9 holes, Screen on full time, Bluetooth on (2.25hrs). My I-phone was in the bag for the round. Overall its simple and not hard to use when new to the app, so I didn't slow down other peoples play. Ill keep trying it out as it stands and see if the maps and pins work as easily next round. Much easier not using a phone on the course when in a hurry.

This app looks great! I don't have a Apple Watch yet but I want to buy one but just wondering how many courses in Sweden do you have? Or can I see that anywhere ? :)

Looks good. But unfortunately I have an older Gen 1 watch with OS 4.3.2. So doesn’t work for that Apple Watch

Looks 10x easier than the crappy Garmin app, but…why did you not show how the app keeps score or prompts you for what club you used? You need that too when you ply, not just a GPS…

Can this work with a non cellular apple watch without your phone.

Tried this app yesterday. The center distance reading (center of the green) was displayed with only the first number. For example, if the center of the green was 250 yards away, the display would read 2.. Back and front of green readings were complete. Nothing i tried to do would change this. Ideas ?

Just downloaded this golf GPS app all I get on my phone is the GPS distance numbers no graphics or anything

I found a couple watch faces that allow your App to be used as a Complication, but it’s not an icon. It’s either words, dashes, or on one watch face it’s nothing. Please create an icon to be used as a Complication.

There are user interface problems with this app. A binary slider for yards/mtrs is confusing. There is a capital missing from 'download course'. Distances should contain the denominator in yards or meter. It's strong point is that it works independent of an iPhone though.

Does the iPhone need to be on and within Bluetooth range of the watch for this to work?
